The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The location is a few minutes walk to ximending night market. There is a lift so it is not difficult to carry my luggage to 3rd floor. Overall, my stay was pleasant.

My sister and I booked business room. The bedroom and bathroom are tidy. However, the dim lights are a bit dusty and I have allergic rhinitis so it can get triggered with dusty things. Also, we opted for a room with breakfast included. The food served was fine, I wish there were more options for international guests. The wifi connection is also a minor issue since it can be weak at times. Nevertheless, the staff in the kitchen were prompt and friendly.

Convenient place. A few metres away from the bus stop and Ximending Night Market. Staff were lovely and very polite. There were three of us: my mum, dad, and I. The room was quite spacious and was comfortable to stay in. It has a mini fridge too so I was able to stock up some food for my dad when he requested to stay in. Our room also had a really nice view overlooking the city, with a backdrop of the mountains. It was also conveniently located across the laundry room. Was also really cool to find the hi-tech toilet they have lol! The ones they have in Japan. Overall, great place to stay in and will highly recommend!

The single bed they have was really hard. It was my only gripe as I have a bad back and I would wake up with my back hurting. The actual bedframe looked like a makeshift one with the mattress just placed on top.

Nice ambience and room!

The room is spacious. We booked a triple room and there is enough space for 3 “opened” luggages and we still have room to walk around. Breakfast is a nice addition! It offers simple breakfast menu, but we appreciate that we don’t leave the hotel hungry. :) The staff are also helpful! Location is superb! Near ximending night market and there’s a Carrefour grocery nearby too!

The staff were very approachable and the hotel was very clean with a lot of quality basic amenities. The complementary breakfast is a plus and the selection of food was well planned. When I made a request in view of my schedule, the staff was prompt in checking with their manager and they were gracious to accommodate.

Everything was nice just that the WIFI was unstable at times. It connects to the internet but there was no service. It's not all the way, just intermittent. For those who need to work in the room, this might be an aspect to consider.

The location was great, it's 5 minutes walk to Ximending. The hotel staff made arrangements for a vegetarian breakfast for my mom. Room was spacious and the toilet was good. The bed was firm and comfortable. Pilow was too soft, managed to get an extra pillow from the staff.

The laundry room arrangement was not effective. Some hotel guests took out my wet laundry from the dryer and put his laundry in. There's no system for using the laundry room, could have placed laundry tickets for the queue or room like the other hotel I have stayed in Ximending. My wet laundry was taken out 3 times during my one-week stay, which was irritating. There is only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. Could have considered having more units and a system for using the laundry room.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. The location was good, there is a metro and bus station nearby as well as a supermarket.

Breakfast was simple but it was enough. However, if you stay one week at the hotel, more variety would have been nice.

The hotel is clean and breakfast is provided, only 6-8 minutes walking distance to Ximending mrt, the staff is nice. They can also help to book for transport to the airport and the price is very reasonable.

Laundry cleaning is a bit pricey.
