I’m giving this 5-star review specifically for Flora, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Coming from the tropics, I found the room without a window quite cold, but Flora immediately stepped in to help. She provided me with a heater and extra blankets, ensuring I was warm and comfortable. Not only that, but she also checked in on me via WhatsApp to make sure I was doing okay—such a thoughtful and caring gesture that made all the difference! The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the center, so you can walk everywhere with ease. I was also given some coupons but never ended up using them because everything was so convenient. While my review is primarily about Flora’s outstanding service, the hotel overall was a great stay. EVERYTHING! 😊 Staff were all ultra friendly and helpful, location was superb as it was just few steps away from famous rainbow street, room provided was large enough for 2 pax and the CR was immaculately spotless (complete with bathtub, very STRONGGG water supply, hot and cold). they also gave complimentary coupons which you can exchange for either ice cream, coffee or cake (we got a total of 1000 NTD worth of voucher 😍). SUPER VALUE FOR MONEY! WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

First, the location is very convenient. It's around 15m from the entrance of the nearest subway station and the Ximen Walking District. It is also near a lot of other food places and shops in the area. Second, our room here was very affordable. It was big for the price. We were lucky enough to get upgraded, and we ended up staying in a room that was around 12 sqm with a large bathroom of around 3 sqm. Third, staff was very approachable and accommodating. They also let us store our baggage with them before check-in and after check out. Overall, it was a very nice experience for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

The hotel didn't have breakfast or any food being sold on the premises. But this wasn't much of a problem considering its proximity to different restaurants. Take note that the hotel only provides bath soap, shampoo, slippers, towels, toothbrushes with toothpaste, bottled water, and paper cups for its rooms. If you need other toiletries, you will have to bring them.

The location is excellent with less than 5 min walk from the subway. The staff had been very help and friendly throughout my stay. In addition, I received vouchers for free coffee and ice cream daily. I returned to stay here the second time after travelling out of Taipei for several days.

The toilet flush in one of the rooms I stay was weak as I need to flush several times to clear the waste. In addition, you will hear the noise coming from the street below if your room is facing Chengdu Road, one of the main road in Ximending.

- Very good location just 1 min walk from MRT exit 6..and Ximending market is just next to the corner. - Super supportive staff and fast actions - Many small dining tables are provided for guests . guests can bring food from outside to eat inside - Room is not big, Bed and blanket are comfortable. Rest room is quite big comparing to the room size

- Rest room is big enough to separate the wet /dry area. - no mirror outside rest room, have to make up in the rest room on the wet floor 😖

As with all of the hotels that I have stayed in, in Taiwan, very good value, airconditioning, bar fridge, my own bathroom, including an actual bath. The staff were very helpful, there were many shops around, food and drink, were very cheap, the Metro very handy, people were very friendly, I have enjoyed my holiday in Taiwan a lot. The high speed rail, in Business class, was the highlight, lots of fun, racing from North, to South.

Taiwan is mighty hot, when I was there, in April, 30 Degrees Celcius and the sewers vent to the pavement, stinky. But it was good overall, cheap, friendly, cool enough, in the room, Metro and Mall, very nice and there's nothing, that the hotel, can do, about the smell and heat, outside.

The location is superb, less than 2 mins walk away from Ximen MRT station. We have been given vouchers to redeem haagen Dazs ice cream, cakes, coffee, and snacks.

We booked the hotel room from booking.com but we were given a showround of the room booked, and the room is so small that we are unable to accomodate our luggage. And we have no choice but to pay additional TWD to upgrade ourselves to a bigger room.

Location is near MRT and other transportations like buses and taxis. Also Tourist spots are near to this hotel like The Red House and CKS Memorial Hall. Added to these, the hotel is within the Ximen Walker Street and you will always feel happy and inspired when you go out from the hotel. You can always eat Hot Star Fried Chicken and other Street Foods you like because its near in the hote. The hotel itself is so comfortable to stay and they have water station and no need to buy water from the store, you only need the container. The atmosphere inside the room is so relaxing, i love the color combination, no colorful designs and no corny designs that may caused headache and sore to the eyes. Hot water for bath and pressure is excellent. Also they have weighing scale to use for your luggages and the hotel is surrounded with 7-11 and family store to top up your easy card. The price I paid for the hotel stay is so affordable for the 4-days stay. I am very happy to find and book this hotel, even my mother is so impressed with the location and events outside the hotel.

There is no breakfast available in case guest wants to include breakfast in their hotel stay. Also there is no Laundry area to wash some clothes so that we don’t need to buy clothes and add weight to our luggage. But i still like the hotel and the staffs, i will stay again if ever i go vacation to Taipei.

The hotel is located in a very strategic location. Very easy to find and very accessible to the train station and night market and basically to a lot of shopping centers and stalls. Very lively location. Very accessible as well to restaurants.

The bed was a little too hard than I am used to. Also the room was too cold and no heater was available. Could do well with additional sound proofing. Also on one of the nights there was an insistent banging could be from the AC vents that started early in the night and lasted well into the early mornings.

It was by the subway station, it was very economical. Its actually a love motel with floors for "long staying" tourists. I only knew this when I was telling friends where we were staying. Since all we did was use the hotel to sleep in, this was fine.

The hallways were cramp and if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place to stay at. This is a no frills hotel. Better than a hostel but not a five star hotel. I didnt like that we had to call daily to have the room cleaned.
