The rooms were modern and spacious. The bathtub was great for soaking our tired feet in every night. The AI butler was also fun to experiment with. The tea provided in the hotel was really nice. It's a pity it's only specially packaged for the hotel and not sold elsewhere. There is a Carrefour just across the road where you can buy snacks and instant noodles as souvenirs. The hotel also provides transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Very good for families travelling with big luggages.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Ximen Station and Longshan Temple every 2 hours from 10:30am to 8:30pm. We wished the service were more frequent as the timings are quite odd. The bath water is also not hot enough for soaking in. We had to add hot water from the kettle to bring it up to temperature.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I have to give their staff special compliments. My aunt was feeling unwell, as she had a spike of blood sugar. The staff acted immediately and fast, by calling ambulance that was during wee hours of 8th of April. Really kudos to the staff at the hotel. In addition, their beds were very comfortable. Definitely will re-book this hotel again when I come back to Taiwan. Suggestion for improvement is that the hotel breakfast could have different theme for different day would be better. Everyday eat the same type of food, get boring quickly.

Comfy and well maintained rooms. Concierge staff were courteous, most of whom we approached were able to converse quite fluently in English. They are helpful too.

Breakfast was mediocre, given that it is a 5 star hotel. Seems to be always short-handed, and staff were always rushing, preferring not to notice gesture of guests asking for help. The coffee machine was especially a pain, when bins needed to be cleared or new beans needed to be filled, no wait staff wanted to go near that station. The variety of food for breakfast is the same for the 4 mornings that I stayed, and the quality of the foods were all just so-so.

The room was well furnished and size was good for family of 4..2 adults and 2 kids age 4 and 9. hotel breakfast spread was awesome and the hotel has 2 hourly shuttle to ximen station, long San si temple which is convenient. even if you choose to walk, it's about a 10min walk to ximending. near the hotel 3min away, there's a mall with some eateries, HDL, carrefour, decathlon, mac's and Starbucks. my elderly parents really enjoyed the stay too!

would be good if there are more seating area at hotel lobby where we can wait around for our transport or perhaps a bar to just chill out after the kids sleep! 😁

We got triple room that was airy, good size, big ceiling to floor windows that faced main street, good sound proof and enough place to put 3 luggages on. We loved bathroom that has shower area and small rectangle sitting bathtub. Water pressure was the best too. The hotel was easy to reach if you travel by train, the best get off at Xiananmen exit 3 if you carry luggage because this exit has elevator and escalator up and down then walk on the street to exit 2 ( closer to hotel but has only stairs). The front desk staffs were helpful and professional. BF had variety of food. The other fun thing to stay here was free snacks for guests to go to the next door at That Thai restaurant that was part of the hotel. It was just some candy, crackers, small sweets ( you will get small bag when checked in to fill it up).

The area around perimeter has not many restaurants or activities but it was quiet and peaceful though.

Good location, close to Ximending. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We received a bag to get free candy next door, as well as a coupon to get free "happy hour", which had some finger foods and (alcoholic) drinks. The room (and bed) was big enough, very clean. There is an AI system, that has some nice tricks, but it does not hold that much added value. Gym was well equipped and clean. Breakfast buffet was very big and nice. It had a lot of vegan options. Good value!

Just some minor things that stood out. The sound of the box (AI) when playing music was not that good. It would be nice to have some allergen cards at the breakfast buffet. We were surprised to see seperate plastic bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc in the bathroom. Big refillable bottles would have been just fine.

Hotel was generally very clean. I have allergic rhinitis but I didn't even sneeze in the room which meant it was really very clean. Loved the touch points of the hotel. From the welcome tea between 11am to 7pm to the snack on the bed to the pantry in Thai Thai between 11am to 9pm to the AI in the room and the little bathtub and weighing machine, all has been very well thought through. Love the gym too, it has an instructor! There's also vouchers to buy bread at discounted rate or meals and also spa discount vouchers. I feel like there's a surprise in every element. Even the door man are very attentive whenever the car arrives and they help to open door and with the luggages. They also had post card in the room. I was so sad I forgot to pack it as a souvenir. Service is expectational! They arrived really very quickly with the requests we had from floor mats, to bath towels to tissue boxes. Little bath tub was great. I used it to soak my legs everyday due to all the walking. Lots of international plug points which is great because we had lots of devices to choose from. They also had wireless charging. Love the bath shampoo, body wash etc. they smell really great. Hangers are also removable which makes it so much easier to hang clothes. They had a free bus tour of the areas for 1 hour too and I thought that's great. I didn't manage to go for it as I was out but would love to try that the next time I visit. It's a really nice gesture. Honestly I would really love to come back to this hotel.

I wish there were different pillows to choose from because it was so thin. Also check the weighing machine, as ours was low battery so we couldn't use it. I wish the AI allowed the curtains to be opened halfway. Other than that I had a call room service several times because unfortunately the bath towels were all stained with like brown stuff. Not sure what those were but it was unpleasant. Had to call them twice because the ones that came was dirty too. Maybe they can check on the towels and wash those dirty ones again. Rooms are not the most sound proof. I can hear people talking next door or sneezing or packing their stuff.

On the bright side, the room was clean, and the furniture was relatively new

It’s a bit far from the MRT station. Only small bottles of mineral water are provided, which need to be collected from the front desk—very inconvenient. Why not provide a water dispenser instead? I stayed in a room with two double beds, but there wasn’t even a sofa or an extra chair, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom drainage was too slow when showering, and the water ended up flowing into the vanity area.

The location of Hotel is central, busy city area and easy to walk and venture the surroundings. The Concierge service desk was manned with helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, true to pictures. There were many Local eateries, serving yummy local cuisine, within walking distance. It is a nice place to begin our holiday in Taipei and setting us on a positive note to explore Taiwan. February 2025

Hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms are also large. Staff is helpful and friendly. The AI assistant was a nice touch (though it didn't work very well).

Hotel is slightly far from xiamen metro station - it's quite a hot walk during summer/rainy weather. While xiaonanmen metro station is nearer, that station is on the green line which is less frequent and goes to less places.
