Easy to find location with front desk. After 8pm check-in with a person was seamless. King-sized bed was provided in the room that had a shower. Note for wheelchair users: There are two stairs before being able to access the building. I could carry my stroller, but a wheelchair user wouldn’t be able to bypass without help.

It wasn’t clear online, but I was expecting a bathtub and a room with a window. Upon check-in, I learned my options were 1) shower + king bed + window or 2) tub + double bed + no window.

There was no breakfast offered in the hotel.

Walls are not sound proof, could hear the noise from next door. There was no tour desk available in the hotel as was stated in the services offered by the hotel at booking.com It would have been great if there was foreign exchange available in the hotel because it was hard to find one in the area. Was hard to communicate with staff,not everyone speaks English.

Location is very close to everything. Decent hotel for it's price! Easy communication with staff, very helpful. Clean too.

too late check in times. mostly flights are very early morning! they let us wait till 3pm even though they have free rooms already!

Clean and cozy 😀😀😀😀 and the assistance is 24 hours. The location is a huge advantage..near to Ximending night market for havinf food trips & pasalubong shoppings.. plus the MRT is really 5 mins walk away. VALUE FOR MONEY

Location is superb because it is just near to Ximending. Ximen MRT exit is nearby and there are bus stops along the road and you may choose to take bus to Jiu Fen as well. very convenient location. Rooms had sufficient space for us to open our 28” luggage. Friendly staff

That it was really close to everything Ximending has to offer, the staff was great! very accommodating.

Pillows could use some upgrading (the feathers in the pillow were poking me); the lingering smell of smoke in the rooms; weak wifi connection (it was difficult to connect. Likewise, when you are connected, takes a while to load)

This stay was truly wonderful. Even local friends who visited us had a great time. The room was clean and tidy, which was a must. The staff were also very friendly.

The toilet is disable friendly but not suitable for us. It still good and Clean. a little bit not so sound proof.
