The beds were comfortable and the lights were pretty cool in the capsule. Good how there was a security code to get into each room and the floor but it did get annoying having to always find the code. Very close to Xiamending and convenience stores.

There were two floors which had “social spaces” however they were just a few seats with a bench so you could eat there. Not social at all unless you made the effort to chat to someone if they were there at the same time. Wasn’t really attracting considering the area was a little dirty. The capsules are noisy when you move just the slightest bit but it would only worry me if someone was constantly moving. FYI the reception is a 3 minute walk from the actual hostel but it didn’t bother me.

It was my first time in a capsule bed and it was a fun experience. There were different buttons to control the lights and the fan. There's a TV inside the capsule, too! Just a heads up. That day I checked in, I found out that there are TWO TW Capsule Hotels. they are on the same street, but it's a five to ten-minute walk between these two hotels. I was booked to stay at the capsule hotel, but I had to check in at their other branch. There were no staff at my actual capsule hotel when I arrived so I had to walk back to the other TW Hotel branch and check in from there. After I got my key card, I again had to walk back to my capsule hotel. But all in all, I had a great stay at this capsule hotel.

Note that this is a minor thing, not a big deal. -- I think the AC in the room was not cold enough and I couldn't see a remote control anywhere. But I do understand that I'm not the only one in the room, so maybe the others didn't want the AC to be cold the way I want it. Or maybe the hotel has a standard room temp to follow.

The host was nice, the facilities were clean, the location is central, the capsule was big enough for a tall guy like me and they were enough access codes on doors to prevent anybody wandering from the streets.

I specifically chose this place because it had a washing machine. The spinner did not function. I knew there wasn't a dryer, and i'm fine with that. Good thing i did the laundry as soon as i checked in otherwise my clothes wouldn't have been dry before my flight the next day. The access to the room was through a keypad with sound, so it was a continuous melody, specially given that guest tried several times. I blocked it out with earbuds and music. Minor details all things considered.

I love everything here. It is new and clean! It is very suitable for who travel alone. It has a small locker just beside the capsule. And the room is for female only, the host is very friendly, he will knock the door before bring me go in, however there is no one inside, i doubt the girls are enjoying outside🤭.

No aircon inside, first night I did not let the air go into my capsule much, end up wake up in the morning very early due to hot. But the days after, i will only close my door before I am really go to bed. Then no hot after that. There are multiple of password you will need to remember/note down, the host will give you a card with the password. One of my roommates forgot the password and did not bring the card with her, end up she have to knock the door to request the people inside to open the door.

The capsule is nice , private, and has lots of useful things. There is laundry (will take coins , 15 minutes each and you will need at least 3 coins when if it's a small load on quick wash). Use of numbers to open most doors is convenient, capsule needs a card so only you can do it. The owners don't speak much 3nglsih but you should be fine.

Everything was fine. There aren't any complaints. There could be more hanging space to dry clothes or maybe guests should be encouraged to check their laundry more.

The location was was quite convenient to the markets, transport and food options. The wifi was really good and the property was well maintained. The beds were a bit noisy in the capsule room, but comfy enough.

Hanging options or extra hooks in the showers would have been really good.

It's really a very clean place, workers there, they do everything to make everyone feel good!The location is very good!!! many shops nearby!!

The crowd accommodation! many different types of people come here from different cultures so it's hard to understand why they don't respect each other by behaving and respecting their rest!!

TW capsule hostel is located in the Ximen business area, it's very convenient for you shopping and finding out local food, the staffs were very nice to help me when I reached there and checked in at later of night. The hotel and the capsule were very clean, it is worth for anyone staying , David From canada

I am allowed to check in early! The bed is at another branch, which is not very far. It's very clean and secure when you enter the area. Location is great and not far from Taipei main train station. Owner even helped us to book the taxi to Tao Yuan airport and got some snacks from the staff. Very pleasant stay even I didn't have chance to stay overnight.

You always need to have a code to enter the room, but understand it's extra security reason. If you forget the pass code, you can't enter your own room.

Great location, right beside Ximen shopping district. The capsule itself was so fun and cute. The staff were super kind and responsive. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The laundry machine worked well as well. Well worth the low price!

Only thing is that the check in is in a location 4 min walk away. That’s all.
