Unlimited noodles, snacks and drinks. B1 was a nice place to hang, especially as we had a large group. They also provided breakfast sandwiches as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower pressure was very strong and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was great and nice smelling. Would highly recommend the airport transfer service if traveling in a large group with lots of luggages - worked out cheaper than uber/taxi

It was still about a 10-13 min walk to Ximen station (which does add up and gets annoying in the heat). There is the underground mall that you can walk through when it’s raining or too sunny. It was also a bit of a walk from the ximending market area - but might be a pro if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still fairly close. The beds were double - quite small. Rooms were fairly size though. The rooms did get quite dark, sometimes the lighting was not enough. Some of the family members complained of a dusty smell.

Location was very very good, near the station, convenience store and Ximending central area. Service was also good and helpful, and they were very lenient for the booking-system laundry (it was 3 hours but they gave additional 2 hours allowance for you take your clothes out, so you can actly still travel around and not waste your time). Facilities such as free snacks and entertainment at B1 were great for sure even though I did not get the time to use it but I saw many families and guests using them. Room itself was really clean and functional as well. Overall, really liked it and would stay again!

Location was good, very near Ximending (just across the main road) and a short walk to take the bus to Jiufen. Facilities in the lounge area were great! Free flow snacks, popcorn, steamed buns, hot dogs in the evening, basketball hoop, air hockey, photobooth (prints on just plain paper but it was a fun thing to do) and polite staff! Enjoyed our stay here for the facilities and location and cleanliness, even though the room itself was very small.

The room was very small, just a bed with a small table and a chair. But the toilet was big, especially the shower area.

The location of the hotel was great for sightseeing and exploring the city. The lounge and check in area on the basement level was fantastic. Snacks to choose from which was fantastic, drinks to help yourself to and lots of lounging area with games, movies etc. This is great when you are travelling for a while and don't just want to sit in your room to relax. While we are not travelling with kids we saw lots of families using this area and they seemed to enjoy it alot. The room was a good size, we got upgraded to a room with two beds. I didn't enjoy the bathroom layout however. But the beds were comfortable, the decor of the hotel is interesting and fun. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom layout is not pleasant in the room we stayed in. The toilet is one cubicle and the shower another and then the sink is in the bedroom itself. I don't personally like this layout.

The location was excellent. Just across Ximending walkway. The hotel itself was fun and comfortable. Children 11yrs old and below are free on the exisiting bed, but if the child is big for his/her age then i'll suggezt to avail the triple sharing room. The Lobby and reception is located in B1, snacks are available throughout the day. We'll definitely book again.

They don't have a bidet. So, you need a bidet i suggest to bring a portable one.

we really loved the common area at B1, our kids were able to bond with the kids of my friends. they were playing, talking, eating and doing lots of things together there. it also let us adults have a space to chat during idle times. that common area at B1 is just wonderful for us

no bidet in the toilets. i really hope they add this very soon the rooms were too dark for me but this is really just a personal preference

Very nice staff, and an excellent room. The downstairs lobby with free snacks is great. And although you are literally around the corner from bustling Ximending, it's super quiet in the room so you get a good sleep. There's even a free laundry machine in the basement, although I didn't use it. I had a single room, size is perfectly adequate with a very spacious bathroom. Wifi is reliable and strong.

The location is excellent, close to Ximen, MTR, buses, restaurants, many attractions, and even with a hospital like clinic within a few minutes walk. Hotel also has a common living room with games, and free snacks and beverages 24/7.

The room was very small, though the bathroom space was adequate.

I have experienced quite a few hotels, but this one is by far offering the best price/quality. They offer free soft drinks and meals, you can leave your suitcases there even after not having a booking for a few days and the rooms are beautiful. And then I didn't even mention the many games you can play for a small charge or something small and thoughtful like offering a free postcard delivery service :)

Location was Fantastic! the hotel was a short walk to both Ximen Station and Taipei Main Station so it was extremely convenient to travel from the airport as well as to other places in Taiwan. Located close to the Ximending Night Market which is open till late, we were spoilt for choice with food options. For the hotel, the staff was really friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel as we arrived in Taiwan early, hotel lobby also provided snacks like cup noodles, buns, sandwiches and snacks. They even had washing machine for free to use in the basement Overall a good place to stay! Would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Taipei.
