Comfortable bed, great condition, helpful stuff

Its already sold out for the next day so I can only stay for 1 day. You can leave your luggage to 7PM which is good but some other hostels offer towards midnight

The location is very good. It was easy for me to get there from the airport with public transport and it was easy going places during my stay. It was also good and the price for everything on my stay was good. All of the staff were nice, but especially the woman who checked me out. She was very quick to give me attention and do the procedure. What suprised me was that she she asked me how my stay was. This was the last stop on my trip. I stayed at several other places before coming here and nobody asked me that. I found it very nice. Smalls things like that can make you smile.

It is not the hostels fault, but some people did not follow the rules on being quiet at night.

The building itself was quite old. I was worried it would be another bad hotel! You wouldn’t imagine that there’s a hidden gem on the 3rd floor as you enter the reception. We were welcomed by a friendly staff with a smile. She gave all details we needed on our stay and even some tips for our trip around Taipei. We checked-in so early as we moved from a bad hotel. She still accommodated us and even handled our luggages securely while we were roaming around Taipei. She sent me message and photos when she moved our stuff to our private room. When we got back, we went to the 7th floor. It was well-maintained. It felt cozy, clean and all their guests follow the rules well. The common lobby had clean tables, chairs, fridge, microwave, even a common toilet. Our room had 2 huge beds. The beddings, pillows, hair dryer, TV, AC, and other facilities were well-maintained and good quality! The bathroom was my favourite. It was spacious enough. Shower area had its own door. I will never forget the double bidet! They have both the Japanese style toilet which heats up and have buttons to press. They even have the mini handheld shower bidet. From design to facilities, everything was well-thought of. Up to the end of our trip, the same friendly staff assisted us with private airport service. She helped us drop-off our stuff to the car. She did not leave until the car left. Very respectful and accommodating. If I can rate them 11, I would! Best hostel I ever stayed in! Would definitely recommend.

NOTHING AT ALL! Everything was amazing!

The location is really good - walkable distance from Taipei Main Station. The bed is very comfy, and this is much more than I could expect from the hostel. The room and bathroom are very clean. Every detail in the hostel is cute <3 You will be impressed by all of them when you come visit. Also, the staff is very helpful. We arrived late after the front counter operation time (7pm), so they sent us the self-check-in instructions which are very clear and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Taipei.

This was my second time returning as there were no beds for me to extend my stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a short walk from the vibrant Ximending night market, making it super convenient to explore the best food, shopping, and nightlife the area has to offer. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and social atmosphere where I made many new friends. The air conditioning is great, and the place is spotless; they clean every day without fail. Overall, this stay was fantastic, and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there’s nothing in this section. Everything was great. But if I had to name one thing, it would be having to leave.

The is perfectly clean, neat and nice. You can make here a tea, there is a microwave, a cozy lounge area, the showers are great. Good air conditioner, humidifier and fan. A very, very big advantage for me was that I could use the local PC. The staff girls gave fantastic advices and professionally helped with all questions. Thank you to them :) Despite the fact that I lived in a dorm, I felt like at home here. In addition, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - close to the metro, even closer to the bus stop to Jiufen, close to the night market. Everything was great :)

Price for the first 3 nights were on the high side, but for other 3 days was really good. Maybe because it was Chinese New Year.

Located a short walk from the main train station, at first I thought the location was a bit in the wilderness. However, after spending some time in the area (and other parts of the city) I realised that the hotel was located in the middle of the 'happening' parts of the city. Lots of interesting shops around, plenty of food options, and very close (walking distance) to many of the best tourist sites. I stayed in a fabulous room on the 7th floor: the room seemed like it was brand new and with everything you could ever need, including Japanese-style heated toilet. Staff spoke good English, were helpful and very friendly. From the hotel, it's a 7-10 minute walk to the railway station, and about the same to the bus station. Buses to the airport run 24/7 and are inexpensive. Trains run only from 6am. The airport is about 40km from the city and it takes around an hour by bus/train.

As is the case in other places I stayed, I had some trouble understanding how to navigate TV channels. It seemed that most were pay-per-view, so some instructions in English about how to find channels would be helpful.

The place is super clean!!! Staffs are also very helpful! I really like how they put up a clear guidelines around the places, it really helps with how to use / borrow things. It is a very well-thought space and service! The bed itself is quite comfortable for a hostel, and they provided comfortable pillows and cover, with a night lamp and a small box to put your things honestly, It is one of the best hostel I've been to!!

sometimes people left the windows open and it can be very loud from the outside.

Superb location first. Pretty close to the main station, Ximending and Yanping park. Common areas were all regularly cleaned up and haven’t seen any mess during stay. Staff are all kind and helpful. Bed was comfy enough and having its own lights and outlet was a great bonus. Facilities are all renovated and working pretty well. It has a coffee machine and offers free green and black tea so another advantage. You can rent a towel or adapter if necessary but charges small amount for those.

Only one downside was that the hostel does not have enough kitchen utensils like a toaster, pot or pan So mostly had to eat out for breakfast but guess that’s relatively common in Taiwan. Other than that, nothing to complain.
