The breakfast is fantastic. I stayed 4 nights here and the breakfast was different every day. The location is near Taipei main station, you just need to walk around 7 to 8 minutes. The bed and room are spacious.

1. The hotel only provided 1 lift. This is not convenient because the hotel is quite big. 2. The toilet bowl is dirty. If you see from the front side, it is ok, but if you see from the left or right side, you can see the dirty surface. 3. The hotel did provide a washing machine and dryer, but you need to buy the detergent by yourself and only have 1 washing machine & 1 dryer. Luckily the hotel nearby got 1 self service washing centre (walking 5 minutes).

This has been the 2nd time in just over a week that we have stayed here, and it continues to impress. The staff are amazing and treated us like returning friends, particularly our 5 month old grandson. Has everything you need, they even give you an umbrella when it's raining. Well done, team.

The ramp out the front is a bit of an adventure. We just used the stairs. Getting the stroller up and down caused everyone grief because the footpath is narrow. Small thing.

The location is great, walking distance to train, metro station, and easy access to food. Breakfast is very nice, different choices and healthy. The staff are friendly. Room is clean.

Only thing is the size of the room is really small. My double room I booked was too small for us after we checked in on the spot, it’s so small that we couldn’t turn around in the room. So we had to upgrade to a little little bigger room by adding more money, even though it was still small. But I think this is In Taipei. Anyhow it was a nice stay.

The staffs are very accommodating and the location is perfect since it is near the mrt main station. The breakfast food was amazing since new staple food is served everyday. The room service is available everyday and they refill our tolietries as well. I recommend the hotel for fist time travellers in taiwan since it is not quite far from the station. Overall, my family had a good stay in Taiwan and we look forward to visiting this place again soon! 🤍✨️🇵🇭✈️🇹🇼

We can easily hear the noises outside the hallway and upstairs.

- This hotel located in great location where we can walking to Taipei Main station & Ximending night market and many restaurant around (Recommend 良品牛肉麵，恆記港式燒臘...). - The room is too small, clean, breakfast provied is ok. - Friendly, helpful staff. - We can leave luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out.

The soundproof is very very very bad, i can hear the sound of running water from the next room, the other room talking at night.

The hotel and room is decent, comfortable and clean, the staff is accommodating and friendly, housekeeping staff are very good, when we return to the hotel our room is clean and tidy, good breakfast, coffee and drinks are available the whole day, taipei main station and ximending is just a walking distance, close to a lot of cafes, local and int'l restaurants, fastfood and bars.

Very close to Taipei Main Station & Ximending. Convenience stores is just few steps away. staff is also nice. Room is clean, cozy, just perfect for a tourist stay. Price is reasonable. I love their design and how they organise stuff in the room, very neat, small but still comfortable. Bath is also available, so you can soak yourself in warm water after a long exploring day in Taipei. All equipments is fairly new. They also have nice English explanation about how to use things inside the room.

Room was clean, the location was perfect! Easy to reach both taipei main station and Ximen! Morning was good, plenty of food choices were avaliable.
