Super convenient location - right in front the MRT exit (Z8) to Taipei Main Station, it was a smooth and direct ride from Taoyuan international airport. We were 1 block away from a Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Stall with many restaurants and a supermarket. Many breakfast shops right downstairs and a Starbucks round the corner. A 15 min walk to Ximending shopping street. Room was clean, well-stocked (love their soaps/shampoos) and well-designed (travel friendly sockets). Well insulated and humidity control was done well (nice to have dry towels in the morning) Staff were very helpful and service was above expectations for a mostly self-service hotel. Staff still help you when asked - like to clean your room or clear your rubbish (for environmental reasons they don't clean your room/change your towels by default in most Taiwanese hotels now). Big laundry room with 5 coin-operated washers and dryers, free detergent, irons, garment steamers. Large variety of free snacks and tea/coffee/instant beverages for your picking (it's self-service so I've seen people just grabbing bags of chips)

Not something that's their fault - but a (very important!!!) tip for travellers travelling by MRT - if you are travelling with heavy luggage, take the lift to street level at exit Z2 instead and walk to the hotel. Maps tells you to go to Z8, but it's a long flight of stairs and carrying 2x 20KG luggage up the stairs was great for leg day, but not something I'd want to do at the start of any holiday.

- Room is hugeee and have many freebies at the lobby - snacks, beer, free postage service etc 🥹 - Just note that they don’t do room service and serve breakfast, but they still provide towels / toiletries when needed due to their commitment towards sustainability lol - Hotel is located about 10 mins walk away from Taipei main station. as the nearest exit is blocked due to some construction work, there are still other exits that lead you to roaders plus (as of oct 2023, nearest and most convenient exit is 5)

I really appreciated the free snacks and drinks, they were such a nice touch after a long day. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new, which made the stay extra comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I needed, and I especially loved the little area they had for weighing and packing suitcases. It made getting ready to leave so much easier.

The only downside was that the entrance was a bit tricky to find. It wasn’t very clearly marked, and I think a few extra signs pointing to the lobby would really help first-time visitors.

I pick this hotel mainly for its proximity to Taipei Main Station. It's very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby as well. The room itself is on the small side but it's still pretty comfortable. I asked for a room away from the lift and they've arranged one.

I got the room I wanted but it can still be noisy when other people on the same corridor opened or closed their door. I even had a feeling that someone else was opening my door when that happened. I'd also prefer more regular cleaning of the room rather than requiring the customer to make a request a day before just to get their room made up!

The hotel was in a great location. Next to Teipei Main Station so very convenient to get to everywhere. Everything you need such as food, markets, shoppings...is within walking distance. The size of the room is large and it was clean. Love the free water, snacks and toiletries. Wifi works well.

The room is very minimal furnished. Can use a dresser, a small sofa, etc... Got nowhere to put your clothes. No closet. Only a few hangers to hang clothes on the wall. Bathroom is very small. The sink was not inside the bathroom which was convenient but it was very noisy. When you turn the water on you can hear the water runs down the pipe.

Location is central to almost everywhere, easy access to book a taxi to anywhere which is almost 10-15mins away. Taipei Main station is just around the corner; direct train to airport. Table desk within the room was in a spacious area to do some work on laptop properly.

No ironing board within rooms which is usually a standard item for most hotels at this price range. 1 set of iron board is provided in the common shared room where washing machines are located at lobby level. Note that the iron provided does not have steam function; not suitable for satin chiffon soft materials. There is no proper area to hang clothes.

No breakfast at this hotel, but lots of local food around the hotel that opens at 7am. Loved the snacks at lobby (level 4), and the albeit small indoor playground and ball pit. Loved the children amusement park design at the lobby! It’s next to exit z8 (or z4 for lift access, and walk from 新光三越) of Taipei underground mall (前站), and about 5 minutes walk from airport mrt station.

It wasn’t obvious that the snacks are freely available and there’s a sign saying happy hour at 2-4pm but this wasn’t a problem! It’s also right next to the fire brigade station so we can hear the fire sirens (vaguely through the hotel room).

Everything - perfect location, great facility and unlimited snacks for the kids! Happy hours between 2-4pm with free cooked food including desserts. Good variety! The kids had a lot of fun playing in the playroom. Tea and Coffee facilities next to the reception and free bottles of water so thoughtful for this hot weather! The rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Beautiful lobby and very clean rooms. They paid attention to the messages I sent them that I am sensitive to dust and even put an air purifier in the room for me. I also mentioned it was my birthday and there were balloons on the bed to wish me. I was also given a gift. They don't have buffet breakfast but lots of food options just downstairs and in the area. I would definitely come back again with my family as they have family friendly facilities that children will love. Lots of nice photo taking ops too due the the cute lobby.

The facilities are superb for kids, there is even free flow of food from 2 to 4 pm which made lives easier in the middle of the storm.

Staff seemed rude at check-in. They spoke in the speed of lightning in Mandarin and I just asked him to repeat again. The front desk guy sighed and then spoke at the same speed again. I didn't feel the staff were friendly and wanted to work there even though its suppose to be a fun place for families and kids. A lot of things there are self served so expect no service, but do enjoy the facilities and the spacious rooms.
