The staff were very nice and professional. They are listening and do not hesitate to offer their assistance. It's a great location. I knew Taipei and I wanted this area. I was glad to find a good hotel like this. There are a huge number of hotels in Taipei, and not all of them are the same. This one was perfect for what I was looking for.

This hotel is configured for short stays. However, I spent two weeks there and everything went well. Every day cleaning is done, bottles of water are available, etc. The only problem for me was that from time to time you can hear noise in the corridors or through the walls, related to the lack of insulation, but nothing alarming. And also the lack of a closet to set up. But other than that, everything was great and I recommend this hotel.

Location was perfect if you'll be travelling around. Less than 5 minutes to main station and bus station. Room was a bit small and not a lot to move around, but bed was super comfortable and bathroom is good size. Staff is nice, too.

The location was great! There are 3 MRT exits from Taipei Main Station that are one block from the hotel. The staff was very polite and professional. They were able to recommend a cheap but delicious Taiwanese breakfast spot one block from the hotel. Very easy to find! The shower pressure was good as was the water temperature. It has 3 different nozzles to choose from including handheld, rain, and faucet shower heads. The toilet flushed well. The room has plenty of electrical outlets too. There was also a window in the bathroom which gives the room some natural light.

The room is small as stated on the website. The WiFi was decent. Not blazing fast but enough to chat and upload pics and whatnot.

very small rooms. A bit difficult to find so carefully read the instructions provided by the hotel prior to arrival. Very close to the main train station. Staff is very nice. McDonalds on the 1st floor opened 24/7.

it is the smallest room I have ever seen in my life. And I travel a lot. The problem is that I travelled from Japan and the hotels there and anywhere in the world are barely comparable. Anyway, it is good option for a very short stay.

I like that they make up the room and change the towel daily. The room is just nice for 2 . A very big TV screen in the centre of the bed with a lot of different channel inside . Staff were also friendly.

There’s no bidet in the toilet 😭.The washroom and shower room is separated from each other which is ok but the shower room is slightly small.

The room is clean. Great location, lot of eating places and shops nearby. 5mins walk from taipei main stations exit. Staffs helped to arrange for late check in (after 11pm) due to my flight delayed. I left my jacket in the room during check out, they helped to find and kept so that I could go back to collect few days later. Thanks for it.

Convenient location with many eateries around.

Entrance to facility is on the side of the building - actually not on GuanChuan Rd. So it took a bit of searching to find it. The signage on the pillar also dark - not great visibility. The room was TINY - even when compared to Japanese standards!

Very modern, clean and private. There’s also washing machines available to use for $10NTD. Shower facilities are good. The room itself was spacious, and clean. The social areas are huge and comfortable and quite. Only took video of the room, which I can’t upload.

Good location, just a short walk from Taipei Station. Is just above McDonald's and Sushiro (in same building), and surrounded by eateries too!

Room has no window but it's ok for one night's stay.

Overall very good and staffs are quite helpful no matter cleaner or so on. Quite convenient for foods and train or bus station.

Space for 2 people is just nice. If over than that will be a bit cramp (subject to type of room).
