The tiny box single room with private bathroom is clean and secure.

My room is attached to next room's bathroom by a paper thin wall. All noises you could possibly imagine done in the bathroom can be heard. The worst is that some pipes are built and seen inside my room (see pic) which means the noises get activated each time my neighbors turn on the shower and faucet. I can even tell by the voice of the guest. I'm pretty sure that the sound of my shower affects other guests as well. As long as they don't shower in the middle of the night, I guess 20-30 minutes of nuisance can be tolerated. And, if you get past this, the little room is good enough for a short stay.

Both the receptionist when we check in and check out speak English so it's very convenient for us. They were friendly also. They let us leave our luggage to the area while we check out early because we still have to go see some places and our ticket is at night. They also let us stay for a while in the dining area although it's past our check out time. I am very thankful for letting us stay a little because my partner is quite sick. Salute also to the cleaning lady for being generous and friendly. Overall its very good stay.

The room is quite small and there's no table. But it is very clean.

We like our room, we're surprised that they gave us one with window. Spacious enough for the two of us, and the bathroom is beautiful! They also offer free coffee anytime and refillable drinking water. We also like the location, so convenient to many shops and easy transport. Absolutely a great value for money.

There's not one thing we didn't like. Although we hope they consider adding bidet in the toilet and have drinking glasses (washable or disposable) available for guests.

Great location right across Mitsukoshi/Main station Z4 exit. there's 24-hr reception so they allowed me to check-in when I arrived at 3am. Lots of convenience stores and food shops around. Right next to a bank with ATM. WiFi available, as well as free coffee/tea in common area.

Very minor - have to go through the front desk to reach the bathroom/toilets so it's probably better to shower earlier before other people check in for the day 笑 The A/C is a bit weak where I stayed. I wish there were hangers/hooks for coats/jackets inside the pod.

Spacious and clean room. Free water, coffee, tea. Really close to Taipei main station. There are a lot of breakfast shops and convenience stores and restaurants nearby (also have a Daiso shop nearby). It's a really convenient place.

The wall is really thin. I can hear the whole conversation of the next room. The next room talks until around 2 am. It is really inconvenient. I requested prior to drop luggage 7am in the morning. When I arrived to drop luggage I felt that the front desk lady is a little bit rude and unwelcome.

Location is great, short walk from M6 and M8 MRT exits, lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Get some street food and head over to 228 Peace Park to kick back. Staff is very helpful and friendly, speaks very good English and Chinese. All appliances work well, clean room. Basic but everything you need!

All night long heavy truck/industrial noise from across the street, but not too bad if you have the AC running to muffle the sound.

They have 24h front desk and it’s close to the main station, so for me it was great because my plane arrived in the middle of the night so it was easy to get from the airport with a night bus and check in right away. The beds are very spacious and comfortable, ac in the room is pretty loud but it creates kind of white noise, so for me it was excellent for sleeping. Location is great for sightseeing.

No kitchen, the room needs some airing because it smells like old dirty socks. But overall I was surprised it has such low rating, I would definitely recommend this hostel.

The location is really very convenient, inn is very clean as well. Most of the staff are really nice, bed and blanket is comfy and clean. There is cold, warm & hot water dispenser, very clean toilets. will definitely go back if im solo-travelling again :D

Personally i hope the heater in the showers can be more stable as i am someone who cant stand bathing cold water. Prefer a thicker head pillow. The street it is in (behind the mall) can be a bit scary for a solo female, the lights in the lift lobby only lit up when you already walked into and in front of the lift.

- The bunk bed is a double bed, enough for two people to sleep on; I've never seen double bunk beds before. SUPER LIKE IT!! - Free use of locker, water, and coffee

- Minimal privacy: The restrooms (toilets, showers, dressing, hair-blowing) are adjacent to the lounge and reception (see hostel's profile photo), and bedrooms are on the other end. You walk past people each time you shower or pee. - Shower & toilet combo : Toilet seats are wet all the time; shower water leaks out to flood the entire area of restrooms.
