Great location, once you know what the building looks like and understand that it's on he 9th floor for ladies, you're good getting there from pretty much anywhere by subway. The staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful, and the other girls in the room were respectful and tried not to make noise during sleeping hours. The showers were fine too, there was always hot water.

The entries for the beds were very close to each other so if you're two awake at the same time you have to time it a little but it was barely a problem. The beds aren't luxury comfortable but way enough to get a good night sleep!

Love the location, right next to subway entrance, from there can access airport express, trains... although that system was a bit overwhelming at first. Many stores, eating places around, very convenient. Can't remember what type of room I booked, there is at least a desk and chair. so even it is very small, but still functional. I saw some "room" just fit in a bed, definitely not something I would comfortable staying in. most, if not all, room has NO window, Can only eat and drink in the common area, which also serves as big luggage storage, at time can be busy,

- no window in room - boiled drinking water sometimes take awhile to get. I assume the heater is either too small or not enough power. - couple hairdryers do not work

Best location in Main Station due to being right in the middle of everything but most of all next door to the M8 entrance of the station and the Police station. 7-Eleven downstairs. It isn’t the newest of places but not super old but pretty well maintained in the rooms, common areas and bathrooms. Basically everywhere it counts. The best part of the place is the staff (host and cleaning) they keep the place running very well and on top of it they are super helpful, efficient and friendly. Every interaction was pleasant and they always greeted coming in and out of the place. Cleaning staff is working hard and never had a nasty attitude like some other places where you can tell they hate their job. They have adopted the intermittent cleaning of the trash and bathrooms during the rush hours which keeps the bathroom areas in good shape cause people are messy! It would be nice to see them remodeled or deep cleaned. Overall I was very happy to stay here for awhile and extended my stay a few times. I’ve stayed at many many hostels and this is by far the best in downtown Taipei.

The showers can use some sprucing up but that’s no fault of the cleaning staff. The stalls were very tight but they provide baskets for your things.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hostel is perfectly located right next to the main station, making it super easy to explore the city. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It’s got a great vibe, clean facilities, and a real sense of community. I felt at home the minute I arrived. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and fun place to stay! Will definitely be coming back!

The property is nice and comfortable

I don’t like the staff name EVA all the staff I ever encounter is really friendly and nice and treat well except her.she said have available and I told her in nice way to wait I charged and book on line and once I ask she said it’s full I gave it to someone.wasting time tired of traveling I always do this I come and ask to the reception so I come early ask possible.she is the reason I may not go back again and my friend too…pls tell your staff about her attitude her behavior is not really nice😡.thank you and more power.

the location is very good literally next to the metro station

Between cabins there is a gap where you can literally see your neighbor, this means there is no privacy and you can easily disturb the other person if they are sleeping when you arrive late also the atmosphere in the place, the other customers mostly Asiatic people nobody say even hello, everyone ignored everyone, I am a social person and I don't use to be in places where people behave as a robot

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. There is a kitchen where you can cook, a common room with many chairs and plugs, and the wifi works well. My bed had a “slide down” curtain which made it seem like I had my own little room inside the shared dorm. The hostel is very clean and there is a washing machine and dryer you can use for a very cheap price. I highly recommend!

I liked everything :)

room just ordinary as other hostels, but then the bed r comfy. AC was centralise, so i just rise up my shade so that the ac feel more comfortable. its really nearby the M8 metro exit. easily acces from Taipei Main Station, where all the public transportation main hub.

quietness, cozyness of the bed, privacy of the bed n the room. location and the price wise

This is the second time I stayed here. I like the privacy and the convenience of its location and surroundings. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The wifi was a bit weak this time. And there was some kind of construction going on in the women's area, but I didn't see any announcement about it. I didn't mind the noise. Just caught me by surprise to see men walking around.

Great value for money. Close to main train station. Great part of town great location in general. Nice showers. Clean. Can do your laundry with coin machine. Can store bag before and after check in/out

Rooms are tiny but never in my room anyway. Towels not included.
