**A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Location** This hotel has become my number one choice during my trips to Taipei! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful, making every stay a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Taipei Main Station and surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of eateries, so you’ll never run out of things to do or places to eat. I also appreciate the added convenience of the self-laundry service available in the lobby area, along with complimentary coffee and tea machines—perfect for a quick refresh. One thing to note is that the hotel operates with a green policy, so there is no daily room cleaning. Instead, cleaning is done every three days, which is a small thing to consider, but doesn't take away from the overall great experience. Overall, I love the staff and the location, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Taipei.

Location and value for money is really unbeatable. Short walk from the Taipei Main and Ximending. The hotel may be compact, but has everything you may need. Especially grateful for the coffe and tea station as well as the washing machines and dryer that can be used by the guests. The rooms are on the small side, but the space is hot comodity in the area. The room itself was more than enough for one person and while it may be a tighter squeeze for two with a lot of luggage, it still very much doable. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities. Reception staff was always friendly and ready to help with any question or the problem.

The bathroom in my room was very narrow with the shower taking up most og the room. So it may be uncomfortable for bigger and taller people. For example, I had to open the bathroom door while standing at the sink in order not to constantly hit it with the elbow. If you are an the smaller size, it won't be an issue, but anyone above 170 cm may need to keep it in mind. Also there was a lot of condensation on the windows during colder nights, so you may need to ask for an extra towel to put under the window or keep the AC at quite a low temperature to try and prevent the condensate from forming.

It was our second time staying here and we had a pleasant stay similar to the last one. - The location was really convenient if you frequently traveled from/to Taipei Main Station. - We also loved that our two rooms were on a high floor and next to each other. - The lobby provided a lot of comfy seats, which was handy for guests who arrived early like us. - What stood out the most was that the staff went above and beyond to help us receive our delivery package after we've already checked out.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Friendly face anytime we spoke with them. They addressed any concerns quickly and efficiently. Location was wonderful and would recommend it.

The beds were not very comfy, but that is from my American standards. Pillows were very flat, but I also did not ask for any others as we were only here 2 nights. They possibly have other options. The fridge/cooler was not working, and we needed meds kept cold. They brought another fridge quickly. I had wipes to clean all surfaces that needed a little extra scrubbing but only minor misses from staff.

Room was clean and functional as well as big enough space for two of us. The location of the hotel is great and convenient where close to everything, Taipei Station, shopping, food, and XIMENGTING just with 15 minutes walking. Professional and helpful staffs are easily approachable. I had a small scratch on my wrist area while having dinner at Tutto Fresco restaurant. The waitress helped me cleaning the blood and applied a bandage on it. I guess the owner owns both hotel and restaurant, she offered me to go to the hospital which is unnecessary so I denied. Surprisingly the manager or the owner offered me some money for compensation. I felt very grateful that I was well taken care of by the whole team. To conclude, I am very happy that I have chosen this hotel to stay. Definitely will stay here again with my next visiting Taipei! Great value overall.

The location is superbly convenient — I can reach all the train stations within a 10-minute walk, which I love! There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, especially Family Mart and 7-Eleven, so you’ll never go hungry. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea in the lobby, along with a water dispenser. The hotel provided free luggage storage on the same day, which is great for travelers like us who enjoy exploring freely. The room and bathroom are clean, the bed is comfy, and having a dining table is super convenient when you bring things back to the room. Plus, there’s free beer for check-in guests! If I visit Taipei again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed in this hotel for 4D3N, and there was no daily housekeeping, even upon request. However, they did collect your rubbish daily if you requested. The room and was a bit small, but it was still fine for two people. The bathroom was also somewhat compact.

Good locations. Shin Kong Mitsukoshi is around the main road corner. Staffs are very friendly and room is very clean. Tips : from airport train, turn right and walk directly to the exit K12. There is escalator to main road.

Room was still not ready for us to check in at 3.25pm on 21 Feb 2025. Wifi is bad for our room on the same floor as the lobby - it is not even spotty but really bad. There is a male staff with an attitude problem - he was on duty on 24 Feb 2025 night. Only when I told him that his 态度有点问题 that he changed his time of speaking! Alternate days for room housekeeping though they do change your towels and clear your bins upon request.
