Location is great lot of food choices outside and a tea store infront of entrance, Clean Room and great common area. Love the Laundry Coin! The Vegetable Pancake is a must try in my opinion :)

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, great neighbourhood. Immaculately clean room. Lovely warm shower. Slept really well. Good quality linens on the bed. Close to national museum, which is worth a visit - and a second museum across the street is included with the price of the ticket.

Despite many dehumidifiers, the basement rooms have a slightly damp feeling. I should have raised the temperature on the air conditioner a little, as I was a bit chilly when working on my laptop for an hour. This very minor inconvenience did not change my overall positive impression.

Very hot. Impossible to open windows, because there is no windows. It would be a problem if there is air condition. Bu it didn't work, and there was nobody at the reception in the night to ask for help

Near MRT station and city centre. Small private room compliment with towel. Bonus as provided many plugpoints.

The room was adequate. If you just need a place to sleep, it generally works well. Facilities are great though. The lobby area outside my room had ample space for you to just sit and chill and eat snacks you bought from the convenience store. Also has free coffee and tea (I think), but I didn't really use them, just to note if you need them. Microwave and fridge are also available. Area was just a short walk away from the main station, so it's easy to get around Taipei. And I love that it's somewhat near Xi Men Ding (about 10-15 mins). This is like a small bonus for a very specific set of people who cares, but if you play Pokemon Go, you can access 5 gyms from the hotel. :)

This is somewhat on me for not checking, but I didn't realize that the room I booked was the one with the loft. I normally wouldn't mind the loft bed as well, but my issues with it are that the ladder has very thin rungs, it's not easy to climb and given that it's metal, hurts quite a bit. I had to use my chair as an additional step to make the climb easier. The TV at the end of the bed is a bit of a problem if you're tall. I'm not the tallest person, but occasionally I will somewhat brush up against it. Not saying it's all bad, but in the future I would try to book the bed at the bottom had I known. The options to book are not the clearest to be fair, but they did also message me about it which I didn't notice, so again, partly on me, but I wish the listing was clearer.

Location is great, very close to Taipei main station. The staff were friendly and accommodating as I had a late check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, there was an AC unit in the room. I had a basement single room with a shared bathroom but the bathroom was very clean. They have luggage storage as well. I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.

I book the twin room which was functional. It is near to the Bannan Line. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from M6 exit In the other review, there were complain of noise. However, we had a good rest. the corridor was not very sound proof but our neighbours were quiet and we had a good night rest. Wifi was patchy A charge of 200 taiwan dollar for room cleaning which does not make sense as you do not pay less more booking of more days. Could have one more pillow as one pillow was provided

The place was so clean. Though the room we got has no windows but still it is so clean and homie. The place is like a walk for about a minute or 2 from the main station. So easy to navigate and there’s a lot of food shops and convenient store around.

It’s small but what matters the most is, the place is very tidy even the bathroom.

This hotel is very close to Taipei Train Station (about 5 mins walk) so it's quite easy to access. The room is quite small like a capsule hotel but overall is quite comfortable and cozy. The room doors are manually locked so you won't need to carry along your room key if you're just going to the washroom which is just a few minutes time.

The bathroom was quite small so it's a little easy to get your clothes wet when you're showering. The room itself has a funny smell, maybe because that it's in the basement and do not have any windows. It would be better if the hotel can do something with the ventilation.

The bed was very comfy. I was there for a week and had a free cleaning service -I greatly appreciated this. Shared bathrooms were cleaned at least once a day. The receptionists were all lovely.

My only complaint was the loud AC and it also struggled to turn on often, I found it very frustrating to use. In the cheapest possible room, it does feel a bit like a cell (no windows as it's basement level and its very small), but I was not there for long so it did not bother me much.
