Excellent location and good value with a view over a park.

Although we had opted for the buffet breakfast it had been discontinued a couple of weeks before arrival with no advice given. The coupon for a coffee shop around the corner was a poor substitute.

Location is great - just few hundred metres from the Taipei Main Station exit. Short walk to eating places, shopping mall, shilin etc. Room (no obstacle ) was good for 3 people. Rooms are made up every day. The only complaint is the lift - takes a bit of time - luckily ours was just on 5th level ( which we can easily take the stairs ) but no so for our friends who are staying on the high floors. No breakfast provided but an eatery opp was convenient and a few others open quite early to cater to our first meal of the day.

No laundry facility - had to lug our dirty clothes to a shop which is about 15 mins walk to wash and dry our clothes over our 9 days' stay.

The beds and linens were excellent. Very hot water in the shower. I like how the room was organized, with a curtain closing off the toilet, sink and shower areas. Staff were very helpful. Location for dining, a lovely park, and other attractions was excellent

Walls were a bit thin. The first night no one was next to us, so we didn't hear anything, but the bext night I could hear talking next door pretty late, and the night after the TV. Fortunately, I carry good earplugs. Also, much of the lobby was blocked off. It gave kind of a weird feel to the hotel.

We stayed for 11 nights at CHECK INN Taipei Main Station. It was very easy to find, only about 8 minutes from Taipei Main Station. Right next to it is the National Taiwan Museum and another MRT station (NTU hospital) which was so convenient for many awesome Taipei spots. The staff treated us kindly and were helpful with everything. Our room was spacious enough for two people and we liked the design even though it might be a bit too dark for some people.

- The room was too dusty, especially if you looked closer at some furnitures. - We couldn't open the window so the moisture from showering is spread everywhere (you can see moldy parts in several parts of the room) and the AC is not strong enough to ventilate it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. When researching accommodations for our 2-night stay in Taipei, I had a difficult time deciding (at our price point) what to book as reviews are hit and miss throughout the city: small rooms, cleanliness, etc. Our room on the 8th floor was small but spacious at the same time. we had enough places to put our luggage, hang thing, etc. Everything was very clean and modern and one of the best showers of all my accommodations on my month-long trip in SE Asia. They give you free water bottles of water anytime you need it, although I think it would be much better if they just had a water filler in the lobby. It is located right next to Peace Park and an MRT stop.

Location- 2 min away from NTU Metro Station Exit 4 (Red Line). Around 10 min away from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. It was peaceful at night Front Desk Service- Very helpful, cheerful and friendly staff. Helped us to check in easily. They even allowed us to borrow the umbrella. Room- Air cond temperature was just right. Not too hot or cold Water pressure- Strong and the temperature was just right There was a breakfast place and park opposite the hotel. Museum was also located in the park.

Water noise- Occasionally can hear the water pipe sound whenever someone use the bathroom. So, might disrupt sleep Bottled water- The bottled water was not replenished automatically. Need to request from front desk and subject to availability Bathroom- Definitely not the ideal design (partially frosted glass window) although toilet and bathroom are separated with curtain separating the bedroom.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Had two different rooms here, the king room with the view was amazing, the bed was so comfortable the shower was a little messy in terms of water getting everywhere. The second room we stayed in had a better shower but the noise between rooms was much more apparent. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the metro station which would get you anywhere you needed. 20 minute walk to Dihau street, 10 minute walk to Ximending, 10 minute walk to chiang kai shek memorial hall. Rooms were small but modern and clean.

Small rooms, not the best sound proofing, first shower in our first room flooded the whole bathroom everytime you showered

We got the park view room with window on the 10th floor (room 1008). Highly recommend room category. Great shower, bidet toilet with heated seat, comfy bed, wonderful views over the park and many historical landmarks, as far as the Chiang Kai-Shek memorial. 10 mins easy walk from both Taipei main station and Xinmending, and the gay village. Lively Atmos at all times of day and night. About 5 mins walk to NUT station in the park opposite. Great welcome from reception staff and very accepting of us as a same-sex couple. Recommended stay.

Easy location from either the NTU hospital MRT station or a slightly longer walk directly to Taipei Main Station. Several convenience stores close by, and small eateries typically had English language menus to assist with ordering. Front desk staff friendly and professional. The housekeeping team was very sweet and made sure that even if they didn't clean my room, that I had everything that I needed, e.g., clean towels, toiletries, bottled water, etc. The separate shower/tub and toilet area were very nice. The bidet was a surprise and the water pressure/temp in the shower was great.

Slightly pricey for what the room was, though likely offset by the location. No true closet space though there was enough space to place my suitcase on the ground and my smaller bag on some shelves. With the type of room I booked it would be difficult to have two people stay comfortably.

The hotel was located near a park and just a 10-minute walk from the train station, metro and shopping center. The room was clean and had a good Wi-Fi connection. Bottled water was available at the reception at any time.

The room was quite small, with transparent doors in the toilet and shower, which is not very convenient when traveling with a colleague rather than a family member. There was also no soap at the sink, so we had to take shower gel from the shower and use it as soap.
