By far the best place I stayed at in all of Taiwan in terms of quality and how convenient it was in comparison to transport locations. The room was huge, and the view out the window was far better than I expected. Viewing the floor plans on the top floor, it appeared like I received the best room there, being a corner room.

There's two buildings on each side of the street for this hotel - one with a reception, and one without. I sadly went to the one without, and the machine stated I couldn't check in until noon. I waited over an hour in their abandoned cafe as there was no reception to see and leave luggage. Once noon came by, I paid the room fees, then the machine refused to hand out the room card until 3pm. I then discovered their reception was in the other building across the road, and they were very friendly and looked after my luggage for the remaining 3 hours. I'd recommend they have signs in the other building stating where their reception desk is.

The location.

We were arriving in the middle of the night, so we left a message a few days before. They didn't look at it. when we arrived, there was a machine where you can check yourself in, which didn't allow us access to our room unfortunately. we called at 6 am the reception, it was open at the location of a hotel opposing the street. but you had to know. It was so problematic, everything went well.

Generally, the location is quite near to the Main Railway station as well as the MRT and Ximending area. Size wise it is a bit small and some may find it challenging to open up 2 luggage. As our corner room is sort of facing the main road, road noise at night could be a problem for light sleepers.

The cleanliness, the bathroom, the fantastic shower where water pressure is good and water temperature changes quickly when adjusted.

The self-check in counter especially the last step on payment is rather confusing and does not work. There should be a prominent sign (in different languages) to inform check in guest to cross the road to see the receptionist (in person) should they prefer to check in with receptionist if we do not prefer machine check in. I was stranded for about 15 mins mettling the with machine until 2 kind guests stopped to help and then told me to cross the road to see the receptionist for in person check in.

Very good location, near Taipei main St. and Ximen. There are Watsons, Family Mart, Seven-Eleven, and Starbucks around the hotel. This location is a business area so it's not busy like Ximending. I stayed in a triple bedroom there has a window in the Bathroom. The room is clean, they make up my room and give amenities every day (bathroom amenities, slippers, Tea bag, snacks, and towel). It has a shower and a bathtub. And for anyone who needs a bidet, this hotel has a washlet !! (Not sure if it has in every room or not) The staff is very nice even not see face to face. I contact staff by phone and line application. I check-in and check-out by an automatic machine that very easy, you can pay with cash or credit card.

Thai language on automatic check-in machine is very weired, I recommend to use English. Make sure to read every announcement paper in front of elevator on lobby. I didn't pay attention and there has power outage for 2 hours on the day that I stayed, Luckily I have windows in my bathroom and emergency light is very bright ,so I can stay in my room do all my daily routine so don't be scared!

Good location not far from MRT (600m from ximen station and 800m from taipei main station), easy to access MRT, comfortable and clean room with routine cleaning everyday. The room is not too small for me .There are wifi seperate by floor. Easily check out by yourself. Reasonable price.

A liittle confuse with serial number section in check in. The pillow is too soft, causing little neck pain for me. But it is only minor problem I'm overall happy with this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to MRT, NTU, Ximending, night markets, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and various dining options. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable, though there are only two pillows. However, a drawback is the delayed cleaning service. Despite leaving for lunch and returning, the room was still not cleaned, requiring us to contact the reception. Despite this, we highly recommend this hote

staff was very helpful on many levels and the location is good

had to pay for an extra pillow I broke my back a few years ago and is very hard to sit upright in the bed asked for extra pillow and was charged 200 dollars also had laundry done there kinda costly and didn't smell clean not sure if I got the upgraded room or not if I did it was a good thing I upgraded would have never made it in a smaller room

The staff here are very helpful and washing of laundry was priced at 300twd for 3kg (they didn’t weigh my laundry though) which is very reasonable compared to some other 5-star hotels offering 1pc of shirt for 180twd. The laundry was delivered to my room and folded nicely.

The fridge wasn’t cleaned after the previous traveller checked out, still wasn’t cleaned after I stayed for a day as well.

room is big enough for 2 , has space for keep the luggage , deck for work and lot of hanging . easy for check in and check out . Have first floor for relax . Not too far from ximen station just walk for a while . Have cafe, restaurant , 7-ll , family mart near by
