I liked the laundry machines because we were able to use it and our clothes came out really dry. I love that it has a self check-in (though we weren't able to use it) and self check-out (because we have to leave before 6 am). There were available sodas, snacks, even coffee at the lobby. You can also reheat your food since they have microwave available.

The area is open to everyone so you aren't sure if the people going up is really a guest or not. The doors have double locks so it is still safe. And this is Taiwan so it is much safer than my home.

Everything was nice and clean. comfortable bed, nice but little bit small bathroom with a hot shower (good water pressure) and a lovely toilet with warm toiletseat! Free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, razor, shower cap, comb) were provided.

The room was a bit small for the price you pay. When we were checking in in the middle of the night the reception was closed and we had to self check-in, we tried to pay with our creditcard since we didn’t have cash on us but the machine wasn’t working. we tried everything several times but nothing worked. We had to go across the street to an ATM and after we inserted cash the machine gave us our roomkey. would have been nice if the hotel gave us a heads up about the self check-in

The room was bigger, cleaner and comfier than we expected. It's walking distance to several bus stops/train stations, as well as Ximending area. Quiet area, I think soundproofing is pretty good too as we didn't hear much from the neighbouring rooms/corridor. They were able to provide detergent pods for laundry, and we really appreciate the open dining/lounge area with free drinks and microwave.

We were a little concerned when we realised the peephole was just stuffed with tissue, but thankfully nothing happened. The lifts were very slow, there are 2 separate lift button panels, so we eventually learned it's better to press the buttons on both panels, or it would take a long time before you could get a lift

Great Stay at a Good Price! I had a great stay for three nights and got a nice discount, paying only 4800+. The room was exactly what I needed—clean and comfortable. The bed was neat, and the shower and bathroom were both great. Overall, a good experience, and I’d stay here again!

While my stay was overall pleasant, I did notice a few issues. The room is not soundproof, so I could hear noises from outside and neighboring rooms. Additionally, I have a sensitive nose, and there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom exhaust. Even when I closed it, the smell would return after a few hours, especially late at night. I had to keep the exhaust on all night, which was a bit inconvenient since the bathroom light stayed on as well. It would be great if the hotel could address these concerns to improve the overall experience.

The room is very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. Plus japanese style toilet. Also quite spacious. The location is excellent couple of minutes walk to subway. While the hotel doesn't serve breakfast there is a very good place almost right outside of the hotel around the corner offering a lot of good options for very good price.

The hotel is on the 3-4th floor of a an apartment building. It is being shared with another hotel and residential apartments. The issue here is that there is only 2 lifts which are always super busy and it takes some time to leave or go up to your room.

Toilet and room is clean .Going to ximen or ntu hospital taipei station is also walking distance from the hotel . 7 eleven and family mart is very close to the area Pharmacies. Example watson or japanese ones is very close to area . Staff is also ready to help you when needed and given you advice or guidance around taipei . Many thanks to Melissa and Jer .

Some minor drawbacks . 1. Room have no place to hang a towel 2. Not much eateries , cafes [which only have metro cafe or starbucks] or restaurants around the hotel . 3. Going or come out from main taipei station exit is quiet a distance from hotel .

The location is very good, 800m to Taipei main station, 300m to NTU hospital stn (red line), <1km to ximending. Besides, the hotel room is clean and tidy, I’m really satisfied with the strong water pressure in the shower. Staffs are friendly too, so overall highly recommended!

There’s nothing much to complain about, but if really want to be nitpicking, I would say the waiting time for lift is abit annoying, especially during peak hour. But there’s nth much things to complain about this stay.

Very convenient location, is near the airport metro making it easy to travel to and from the airport. Staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The room although not soundproof, was very clean and comfortable.

Room was slightly smaller than expected. It is good for a solo and light travellers, but might not be the best choice for those who travelling in groups or those who travel heavy.

1. It’s a very good location - Taipei Main Station and Ximen Station are walkable, close to a few bus stops, close to 711 and family mart, close to a lot of food places. 2. We booked a room good for 4 people. The size is good, not too small. 3. Staff are very friendly. knows how to speak english. 4. Even though we arrived at around 3am due to our flight schedule, we were still allowed to check in. key card was left to the main bldg/lobby guard. 5. They were able to arrange the airport pick up for us - for a fee

The only issue I had was the initial room that they gave us was not the room that we booked. Since we arrived early in the morning 3am and the lobby of N Hotel was already closed, we did not have the chance to request for the correct room. We had no choice but to stay in the room reserved for us and only requested for the new room the next day. We were able to change rooms but had to pay NTD 500 for the cleaning fee for the initial room given. If we were given the correct room from the start, we wouldnt have the unnecessary spend for the cleaning fee.

So it doesn't look much from the outside, but the small room was well decorated, the bathroom was great, the toilet was great and warmed up when you sat on it, the shower was good, the bed was really comfortable, and best of all it feels like your own mini apartment. You don't have the whole hotel reception thing which is on 3rd floor, you can just walk in, go to your floor and room number. I had an uber eats guy come right up to my room. It's very private and anonymous while still being in a hotel.
