Very spacious room and clean. Good ice cream and snacks are provided. Nice staff and provide good support.

I expected to have city view which it mentioned in the description. However, the view is blocked by a high wall with the air conditioning placing outside. Please request for the room in level 4 or above. And apart from BBC news channel, you are unable to switch to other channels (assume it has other TV channels) nor controlling the volume.

This is literally the best hotel hands down I have ever stayed in Taipei. We got a standard double room with no window but the room was still a good size where we were able to open two full size suit case in the room with no problem. There’s no breakfast served but there’s 24 hours snack bar with ice cream, coffee, drinks, and other snacks (sometimes they have instant ramen). The shower was soooooo nice and amazing ! I enjoyed my stay so much here. The staffs were also so kind and helpful. They let us store our luggage there before and after checkout which we really appreciated. Next time we come back to Taipei we will definitely choose to stay here.

-Comfy bed -Very Quiet Room -Room size is spectacular -Free Snacks and Drinks -Good location, 5mins walk to main station -Water Pressure is really good -Room is Clean and Cleaning staff did a very good job everyday. Remember my preferred sleeping style.

-Request for 2-3pm check-in which received a confirmation from the hotel via booking.com app but still room not ready upon check-in (arrived at 14:45) -Staff didn't have information about early c/i. When challenge they gave us a new room on lower floor instead (2nd) original room assigned on 5th -New room has no view and no window even it said city view. But u will be block by the other building on lower floor. -the way of handling this issue was not proper otherwise i will rate 10 of 10 of this property as everything else is perfect as said above.

I arrived earlier than the regular check-in time, and the clerk informed me the room was ready and allowed me to enter the room earlier. That was very helpful because I was quite tired and needed to adjust the content of my backpacks to suit the purpose of my next journey. That was my first time experiencing early-entering of the room. I know some hotels that will not allow travelers to use the room even if the room is ready. So I consider this service is stunning. The clerks were all very friendly.

Perhaps your engineer can look into the doors of the room! Most guests would leave the door to close on its own but problem is the closing door generates a loud bang! This disturbs the rooms on the same floor! Is bad especially if guests return late in the nite! I believe the engineer can adjust the speed of the door hinge to allow the door to close without a loud bang!

The rooms were clean, tidy and equipped with everything. The room was also big and there was enough space. Also two bottles of water and shampoo/shower gel. The location was also good, within walking distance of a shopping center, the metro and all kinds of restaurants. You could get free drinks, ice creams and cookies downstairs. Very nice. We were even able to borrow umbrellas after it started raining so hard. The staff were very friendly and did their best for you. I will recommend this hotel!

The bathroom was a little strange (no separate bathroom), I didn't mind it, but it is good to pay attention to it

This hotel is really wonderful. The location is fantastic being in between Taipei Main station and Ximending. The staff are very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. I am really impressed with their service standards. The hotel also have a nice little cosy area at ground level where all sorts of drinks like coffee, tea and soda are served free flow. As well as some little Taiwanese snacks to savoir. All these items do not require additional payment. 😊 The hotel room is very cosy, concise and pretty utilitarian esp the toilet bowl that's controlled by a panel for seat heating, bidet, etc. The shampoo and shower gel smells of nice essential oil that made me feel like i am in a spa during shower. The room is also pleasantly clean and has no weird smell at all. The TV is also pretty big. There is also a mini fridge for guests to use. I have no doubts I will be returning to this hotel whenever I am in Taipei. Excellent choice!! Well done ❤️

It's my 3rd time staying here. The room is spacious compared to many other hotels in Taipei. I love that the hotel is within walking distance from 3 metro stations (Taipei Main Station, NTU Hospital Station & Ximen Station). The staff were friendly and approachable as always.

There's almost nothing to not like about, but if I were to mention one, probably the soundproofing. Having said that, I also understand that this is a very common issue for hotels. The noise from adjacent rooms and corridors is actually bearable.

Staff was excellent. We came a little bit earlier than check in time and they accommodated us by preparing the room a bit early. They also made every effort to speak english so we can understand clearly. Snack bar was also good while we waited and if we need anything, from bottled water to any small snack and ice cream as it was open 24/7. The coffee became great because of the ice cream as we made it an affogatto. They also had a crib and a baby bath tub, which was great! Definitely the best hotel we got from this price range!

Although the hotel is small / boutique hotel, I loved the accessibility of the location, the staff were all accommodating and friendly. They maintain the cleanliness of the room too. And of course the free snacks. Hahaha. Their instant noodles were better than the beef noodles that we had in the restaurant.

This is not a complain, just the night shift staff, he cannot speak english so when we had problem with the uber food delivery, we were asking for help and he couldn’t help us because he cannot speak english and that made me very very frustrated that night, but not a big issue :)
