Location is very good. Good price for accommodation. Snacks in the room and lobby were good. Staff were friendly.

It felt really cheap and not clean, the entrance was just dirty and felt bad to get out of the lift and facing all the laundry and bins before I could see the receptionist. The carpet in the room with different spot of stains. The whole room is very dated. Although the hotel is call ART INN, there is nothing I could feel it related to ART.

The location and staff were excellent. I also liked that the hotel made an effort to reduce their environmental footprint by cleaning the room only every three days. If needed, room service was available more often. The room was very comfortable and everything was clean and corresponded to the pictures.

Without a window, the room was very dark - while I knew this from the beginning because the property flagged it on booking.com, I would not recommend a room without windows. The WiFi was unfortunately very bad. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if the room service would have come automatically every three days instead of having to tell the receptionist every single time.

Staff were very nice and help me to much for explaining about transportation when we arrived. They explained about accommodation. I could leave my baggage there after I checked out.

I thought the location isn't convenience because it's so far from MRT. When I left off MRT, I confused the direction.

Check-in timing is the usual in Taiwan at 3pm. There is a chance you may check in early if you queue up and wait at the lobby on Level 3. The waiting area has small tables, free espresso/americano/tea, biscuits and a microwave. There are also water machines on Levels 3 and 9, which I appreciate because I usually buy bottled water. There’s also access to extra toiletries on Level 7. Good proximity to the train station (NTU Hospital), with convenience stalls and food options around. It was also walkable to Taipei Main Station. I also walked to Ximending (where there’s the famous 阿宗面线, Tian Tian Li, 永和豆花 Ruyi Sunny Cake, Kong Kee) and it was less than a 15min walk away. We stayed 3 nights and they offered free housekeeping for 1 of the nights. All in all, the stay was very comfortable for our little family!

I think it’s decent for the price. My only concern was security since the lifts seem to be freely accessible to the public, although the lift landing was in a rather inconspicuous area. Usual places I’ve stayed in require card access to go up to higher floors.

Spacious! Next to National Museum and Metro entrance. Do note the latter, NTU station, is not shown on Google and Apple Maps. I was just lucky to take a stroll around the park to find it.

Uber has a software glitch that always direct drivers to the opposite side for all address along this road. Driver would have to make a dangerous illegal U-turn all the time. The nearest trash bin is probably 200m away. For 4 nights stay, entitled only to one room cleaning and need to pre-book and confirm the time the room is vacant. Lucky for us our towels could dry overnight during summer. Find it too troublesome as I just want to relax and go out as and when I like (especially during hot summer); and didn’t opt for cleaning.

We like everything about the accommodation. Reasonable price. The outside was unimpressive but the hotel rooms were rather well kept, and our room was spacious. Reception was a small area and the staff was friendly. Many food joints within walking distance. Toilet amenities were provided. Overall a convenient and comfortable stay. It is a place we would go back to stay again.

The toilet and shower are 2 separate cubicles in our room. Doors are translucent glass. It was not an issue for us as we are family. But not sure if it may be an inconvenience for some others.

The staff and managment were very good at tending to our needs - Manager Yang really helped us with a better room after the room we checked into had an issue. They really did their best to help. The room we ended up staying it was superb, very big with bath and shower (seperate). A 5 min walk from Taipei main station, with breakfast just around the corner.

Some drama with check-in to original room not being cleaned properly which was an inconvieiance to sort out. The mangement did redeem themselves by moving us into a better room, and were very apologetic and understanding. Always is worth providing feedback it benifts you and the hotel (stuff happens, what counts is how they dealt with it). The aircon in the hall and room is a bit loud.

Location was very good. Next to MRT. Walking distance to Taipei main station n ximenting.

Staff were very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions. Really good location, near the Taipei Main Station and NTU Hospital (closest). The best for us was the hotel lobby with free coffee/tea/snacks and luggage hold where we could stay before/after check-in time. Also, we could fetch our own amenities in case we ran out - which was very useful. Bed provided was extra large, and genuinely one of the largest beds we've slept on so far in any hotel around the world

Early check in and check out times are not possible, and charged by the hour. Checking out is 11am sharp.

Free hot drinks, biscuits & noodles at the reception lobby located at the 3rd floor as the hotel does not have a restaurant. But, can get reasonably priced local hot food and drinks from an eatery across the street in the morning if one can speak Mandarin or the local dialect. Good to try and eat like the locals. The hotel is located about 250 metres away from the NTU MRT station which runs the Red LIne (Tamsui/Xiangshan). The room is big and comfortable with a sofa set.

As the hotel is located near the National Taiwan Hospital (NTU), one tends to hear siren blaring away when ambulances are rushing patients to the hospital almost round the clock.
