Location,Friendly staff

the pillow was too hard and only one each guest,expecting to have 2 pillows per guest.

Both the room and the bathroom were large. I was worried it might be a tight space, but I had more than enough room to move around. I was privided with a fridge, water, and refreshment facilities. The staff spoke English, and helped me a lot with questions about changing money, getting something to eat and going to places etc. Thank you very much.

There were no outlets near the bed, the keyring was huge making it a little annoying to carry around without a bag, there was some noise from other guests, but honestly this isn`t anything I would complain about or tell others not to stay there for at all.

Location is ok , not far from Taipei Main Station, the center of all transportations you need for travelling. Room is ok, nothing fancy , a bit old but yet function and clean. Breakfast is acceptable with bread / salad and Chinese dishes which menu changing everyday. Staffs at front is friendly and full of service mind, they can even remember my room no.!!!

Air-condition is too cold and can only adjust only 3 levels. The key for entering the room is the real key, not keycard!!! It's bit difficult at first but after the 2nd day of stay it's ok not too bad but you need to manually lock the door every time leaving the room, so don't forget!

The room is like a classic hotel room from the 1970s. It gives nostalgic warmth and comfort. But, the best thing about it was the bathtub. The staff were also kind and friendly. It has nearby dumpling place with affordable delicious meat buns, 711 for your essentials and snacks, and massage spas.

The knob of the ref was broken so we did not really have temperature control. The air conditioning is also centralized so we can only turn it on and off, and put it in fan mode.

I like the location - near the Main station, Ximending, Starbucks, Noodle house, 7/11. I would recommend this to my friends. I just love it! Request granted - adjacent rooms. Sadly, because no more breakfast buffet. I love how the staff were accommodating and easy to communicate with. I love the vibe in the area. Every day cleaning and refilling of bottled water.

There is no breakfast buffet; upon initial entry to the room/floor, it smells of smoke.

The location is great. The price is reasonable. Beds are comfy. Big bathroom with a big tub. It's clean. No disturbances from hallways or neighbours. The room itself is a decent size. You can open a big suitcase without trouble.

It's an old building with old equipment and facilities. You use a key to open the door and there's only one key/room. The AC can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended. The pillows are small and you get one/person. In their other branches they'll have extra pillows on the closet.

Location is really good, it is a short walk from Taipei Main Station and close to other subway stations like Ximen and NTU Hospital. It is really easy to walk to parks, to shopping districts (like Ximending) and the Presidential Building. It's good to notice that the hotel is right besides a 7/11 convenience store and close to other restaurants. A short distance walking you will also find a pharmacy. The room itself was also very good. We stayed in a triple room (1 double bed and a single bed), the room has air conditioned, private bathroom with bathtub, amenities like a kettle, refrigerator, water bottles, jasmine and oolong tea bags. In the lobby you can find toiletries like soap, shower caps, tooth brushes and slippers. Also there is a vending machine with some beverages. The staff is really friendly, they understand some english.

The mattress was a bit hard, but that is a personal preference. Very few electric plug.

- location is excellent; just a 10-12 minutes walk to the Taipei Main Station and also nearby city bus stations; lots of restaurants, convenience stores, establishments nearby; there is even a 24h 7/11 right beside it, a popular beef noodle place 5 minutes away, and some spots like Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall and Ximending are also just walking distance - our room was spacious enough and has a cabinet for our things, a fridge, chairs - they provide slippers, soap, body wash/shampoo, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, tea, hair blower, shower cap - 24h desk/reception

Fantastic location - quiet, 7-11 right next door, Bank of Taiwan 5 mins walk for money exchange, Japanese Department Store nearby, 15 minutes walk to catch your train...all within your reach! Room offers 2 chairs and coffee table, sufficient space for 2 of us. Could be old fashioned style though for some? Receptionists are friendly, cheerful and helpful. Daily room cleaning services are TOP. Highly recommend a beef noodle shop "良记“ , very tasty with comfortable seats at reasonable prices. Leaving behind negative experience in Vietnam, we've entered a country of consideration, polite and disciplined nation. Truly modernised and civilised nation.

The only set back is the single bed, small for a big foreigner. In Taiwan, the hotel will not turn on the central heating unless it's below 10 degree C? Room could be chilly when operating!

It's good location. You can walk to Ximending, Taipei main station and NTU Hospital. Hotel nearby have 3 MRT station and many bus stop. Many convenience store like 7-Eleven and FamilyMart located nearby the hotel. Many cafe and restaurant nearby the hotel. Opaque bathroom door can locked, it make me feel privacy. All staff so kind.

Check in so late, check out so early.
