Lots of eateries and snacks within 5 min of hotel. Wonderful location. Tip: Take exit K12 with escalator upon reaching Taipei MRT Station from Airport line. On other days without luggage, take exit Z6, no escalator but closer to hotel. Clean and spacious room, water dispenser and free coffee and tea at Level 11 reception. Washing machine (40min per cycle ) and dryer (50min per cycle) excellent for washing laundry at 5 pieces of 100coins each, able to exchange with reception. Two types of pillow provided. Quiet room. Turn left upon exiting hotel lift lobby level 1 to try the fried chicken snacks with red signage after the 1st junction and the coffee joint opposite it. A 10 min walk to Ximending. Excellent.

Wifi was almost non existent.

The location is near by Main Taipei station BUT Exit Z4, there are only stairs , Z6 has lift but not in use. Easy to get food and bring back to lobby hotel. The room is great, bed is comfort BUT the windows are in the restroom. Staff is very nice. There are free drink BUT you have to redeem coupon in another hotel ( Relax 2). McDonald is in the first floor.

The hotel is operated on floor 10 and 11 (lobby) use lift with other business hotel and restaurant without the key access for guest room floor, anyone can go to the room in 10th floor. Security is not much but there are only CCTV at lobby. The clean room service is not provide if you stay less than 3 nights.

Location is great and within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. The entrance is on Keifend St next to McDonald. Taipei Main Station is a bonus as it has HSR, TRA, Bus, Metro and Klook's tour start from here too. Room is spacious and you can spread two large luggage on the floor and still move around. Cleaning is done on day 3 and extra towels can be requested from the front office. There is a large lounge next to the reception. Hot coffee or drink can be source here. They don't serve breakfast.

The rooms are windowless and shower ceiling do get moldy and smell. I told the hotel reception and he tried his best to clean them. Unfortunately the smell do linger on. The location is a bit hard to find on arrival. Two lifts are available. Long queue to access them during certain time of day. Wifi strength a bit weak and sometime no signal. So prepare to use your mobile data if that happen.

location excellent as 5 minutes from main train station, room was much bigger than expected for central Taipei, good size bathroom, public lounge area and free coffee and able to bring back our bought street food breakfast to have here, free water, bed was very comfortable, very friendly and helpful 24 hr reception staff, washing machine and dryer available at a charge

no breakfast provided but Mcdonalds downstairs and yummy food available to purchase nearby, room only serviced after 3 day but that didn't bother us as we were able to change towels on request if needed, typical bad smell coming from drain in bathroom which was very common throughout Asia

The location is super good, near Taipei Main Station, life access from exit Z4. The building has a security and has McDonald's (Level 1) and Sushiro (Level 2). Many other food options and convenience stores in the vicinity. Walkable distance to Ximending and ZhongShan area. Staff are well-trained, respectful, friendly and helpful. The room is a comfortable fit for 4 luggages to be opened. The bathroom is also alright, with a bidet toilet seat, good water pressure and heater. TV came with many local channels (spoilt for choices) and the Aircon works well.

The door lock was loose, had to contact the staff to come and fix (which they did so immediately). The room does not come with windows (not an issue for us but something for others to consider)

We loved this hotel because it was in a great location. Close to the train station. Having McDonald on the ground floor made it very convenient when most restaurants weren't open yet. Sushiro on the 2nd floor was a bonus! Also very close to multiple convenience stores and fun shopping like Net, Uniqlo, Daiso, Department store, and a pharmacy. Use the Z4 exit to catch the elevator up to street level with luggage. The room is very spacious!

The sheets smelled a little musty and the bathroom had mildew.

I love the location.Very close to Taipei main station you just get off exit Z4 at the Shinkong Mitsukoshi department store.You will see the hotel building at Mcdonalds.Hotel lobby on 11th floor.The triple room is big enough for 3 and open the luggage.The bed was comfy and shower room was good.

They didnt clean up room during my stay so we just throw garbages in the trash bin in front of elevator.And gotta ask to change new towels.

Close to Taiwan Main Station, surrounded by food and convenience stores, easy to find (sharing a building foyer with Macdonalds). Avoiding a “windowless room” option, the well lit and modern bathroom was adjacent to a very comfortable room with all that was needed for a short stay. Very warm welcome. Drinking water dispensers are plentiful. Excellent value for money.

There is lift access to all floors in this mixed building. My floor had an unsupervised lift entry. This may be a problem for some… I didn’t get to sample the busy downstairs restaurants (hopefully next time)…

Nice size room, friendly staff, good facilities (teas, coffees, laundry). Great location close to the train station, shops, food courts, and some sights. Secure. Internet good, well lit, lots of electric plugs, sitting area.

On 10th floor and building shared with other companies so, sometimes, it took a long time to get the lift (elevator). No view from our room and little natural light. Good room lights made up for this, though.

We initially had trouble finding this hotel as it is located on the 6th floor of a multi-story building, but once we figured that out, the rest of the stay was very good. We needed a place near the train station as we were coming in from Tainan, so the location was great. What really impressed us though, was that they happily agreed to store our 2 large backpacks for two days before we checked in so that we only needed to take one small bag with us for our two nights in Tainan. That really saved us a lot of hassle and we really appreciated it. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful.
