the hotel location is very accessible esp it is situated right in front of the Taipei Central Main Station 👍..also very near food outlets👍 hotel staff and amenities are ok 👍 Comfort room & linens are kept clean

what we did not like is the platform upon entering our unit ..several times we tripped over in going to our bed or in going to our door...it is accident prone esp to elderly, you should do something to address that issue, it can cause a bad fall to your guest/s.

It was a little confusing to get there. The description "south" as main station exit isn't usefull since the exits are described in zones underground. It is Z2 or direction underground mall. Once you get to the 5th floor it doesn't say " Mayer inn". But other than that it is just fine.

Superb location located at Taipei Main Station, right outside of Z2. There is a lift (near exit Z2 from opposite 7-11) so we didn’t need to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs. Location was the best thing about this hotel. Design of the room is simple and modern too.

The hotel is located at level 5. At level 6, is a gym. At certain hours, you will hear and feel people dropping their weights (most likely from deadlift) and it does get quiet annoying. Weekdays was minimal but weekends morning was quite bad. Other than that, the hotel does not have any other facilities so it’s really just a sleep and go kind of hotel. The lobby area was really small and they provide a small unmanned microwave.

Very close to main station, right opposite the street. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, the room has lots of space as well.

The room was a little dark. We knew the room had no windows, but I would expect more lighting to make up for the lack of natural light. We messaged ahead and asked if early check in was possible and got a reply of 'yes'. When we arrived we found it is possible, but only if you give a high rating on Google reviews before you even see the room or have any real interaction from the staff. Luckily the room turned out to be good, but it made me wonder how many of the good reviews were actually people just checking in early?

The location is next to Taipei Main Station that is very continent to travel to anywhere and you can walk to National Taiwan Museum. The food is also surrounding the hotel. The room is big, and the toilet is superb. Overall, this hotel is great.

I booked the room with window. Even the hotel provided the room with window, but the window could not open, and it is not possible to see the view outside the room. I feel a bit disappointed in this point, but it does not ruin my stay.

I loved that the hotel was conveniently located right in front of Taipei Main Station, making it easy to travel anywhere in the city. Ximending was also just a short walk away, which was perfect for shopping and exploring. The building itself had a Family Mart and a mall, which made grabbing essentials and snacks super easy. I also enjoyed the variety of shops and restaurants just behind the building, offering plenty of dining options within walking distance.

I didn’t like that the check-in time was quite late at 4 PM, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially after a long journey. The lobby was also very crowded during check-in, which added to the wait. The walls in the hotel were quite thin, so noise from other rooms could be heard, and my room had no windows. Still, it was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep.

We really like the location as the lower level of the building is connected to the station and the mega arcade full of claw machines. With this location, we were able to move around Taiwan with ease (including our luggages) using their TSHR and local trains and city bus. The location is also very close to convenience stores, restaurants (local and fast food) and shops, so finding food wasn't hard. It also a 15-20min walking distance to Ximending. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles, coffees and teas, which are replaced daily. We always came back to a clean room during our stay. The bathroom is great - it has a bidet, japanese toilet (with bidet too), hot and cold shower with good pressure. Meanwhile, the beds are okay and there is one pillow for each of us. We are also thankful to the hotel for letting us leave our luggages. If you are a group, I suggest to utilize hair ties to keep all your luggages intact/grouped.

We stayed here on the second week of January where the temperature keeps on dropping, and unfortunately, there is no heater inside the room. We slept wearing our warmers and woke up a very cold morning.

Location! Its right beside the Taipei Main Station, and there are multiple shopping malls beside it. Its also great for budget travellers who need an affordable yet transport-friendly place to stay. No need for a free breakfast from the hotel when there's a Louisa Coffee shop in the ground floor of the building where the hotel is located.

Need more staff. The hotel desk personnel seem stressed and overwhelmed with the sheer number of guests they are handling 24/7. Also, elevators can take time to arrive since the hotel is located in a multipurpose building.

Very central, handy for train station. Room clean and big enough. Pretty good solution to stay overnight and catch an early group tour departure on next morning.

The elevators can be a bit busy. The ones on the back are a better option. Check-in is only possible at 5 pm, which is pretty late (early check in is possible but as expensive as the room itself). When I checked in, the lady at the counter seemed a bit lost and slow (thought she was starting) and his colleague was putting unnecessary pressure on her. I found that very rude and by the way unprofessional in front of customer. Dear sir: be kind to your colleagues, we all started one day and we all have hard days :)

Wonderful stay and location near to Taipei Main Station. Easy to get around. Beds are quite good. Self-laundry and dryer too are free of charge which is good bonus.

It would be better if can stay high floor for better view because we spent so much money for this hotel. Our floor is 3rd and view bit blocked by other building. Nothing to see outside. Room is quite small. We had bit difficulty in opening our luggage. It would be better if the hotel can invest bit high industrial dryer so that can dry more clothes. Washing machines are ok. Their dryers are good for undergarments and socks only. If want to dry clothes, recommended is to put 3 to 4 clothes and put 1.5hrs at least for full dry. Cannot put a lot of clothes at 1 time go and they will get wet.
