The hotel is place conveniently near Taipei Main station area giving easy access to going anywhere around Taipei. As a solo traveler, the hotel had everything I needed from amenities like washer/dryer for clothes and an area for refreshments for a quick coffee or drink. The customer service from the staff was on point and tried their best to accommodate me when they could. the hotel is open 24/7 so their is always staff available to assist you if needed. Baggage storage is available if neede

If you are not fond of small places, the rooms and hallways are quite cramped. if you are traveling it's better if you bring small suitcases over large ones. wi-fi internet connection is available but it can be spotty sometimes. Aside from those things, no other issues.

It's located very close to Taipei Main Station. It's very clean, the staff is very helpful. When elevator broke, I was given a gift. Rooms look modern and are decently sized. There's place where you can get good choice of free drinks and do your laundry.

There's barely any sound insulation - you are clearly able to hear everything in the hallways which woke me up a couple of times. Also, the internet was not secured with a password so I decided not to connect to it due to security reasons.

Location is superb- very near Taipei Main Station, with convenience stores and malls located close by or even right beside the hotel. Relatively close to Ximending as well. Beds are comfy enough, and their pantry is quite generous- free instant coffee, tea, and chocolate bars all day and free instant noodles at midnight.

Rooms are not completely soundproof. I could hear my neighbors closing their bathroom doors and people entering their rooms across mine, though you won't hear conversations or TV unless they turn up the volume. If you have the misfortune of having an inconsiderate neighbor, like me, you might have a bad time. Mine started making noise at 2 AM and didn't stop for half an hour.

It takes only 3 minutes by walk from the MRT Exit 6. But if you have heavy suitcases, you need to use Exit 4, it has elevator. Hotel staffs always greet us with smiles and kind words. They work professionally, love it. The room is trurly sound-proofed. Staying on the second floor is a bonus as there is a decent and free hot coffee/chocolate machine (all day and night) and free instant ramen from 10 PM. All foodies in front of the hotel, i.e, Chinese pizza, vegetarian steamed buns, dumplings, rice buffet are great too! So far, my family love this place, stay again for sure.

Dehumidifier makes quiet a loud noise at night. There are few homeless guys nearby the hotel entrance, but they do no harm to us. Although there is a convenience store next to the hotel, I rather shop somewhere else as the cashier lady was super rude (throw my foods and push the shopping basket at me).

The staff at this hotel were excellent and extremely friendly, the airport transfer was convenient and it's worth the cost so we didn't have to carry around our large luggages. The water pressure was the best! Location is excellent as it's by the main station with inter-city railway, high-speed rail, the airport line and the main MRT lines. It's also connected to a few underground malls to do all your shopping!

This isn't something the hotel should improve on as it's the standards in Taipei (we knew these going in) but the rooms are quite small, and the windows aren't quite useful since it's right beside another apartment building.

1. The staff is friendly. I like that the cleaning staff will help to clean up the room every day for me unless I put up the "Do not disturb" magnet on the front door. 2. The room and bathroom are clean and adequately spacious. Thank you for my 1st Taiwan trip, an enjoyable one. I would book this hotel again in the future:)

I like the big windows but it is a pity that the window view is facing another building at close proximity, which made me feel a bit claustrophobic. Regardless, it is not a big issue as I can draw the blinds.

The service at Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I is definitely beyond 5-star! We want to especially thank Ms. Kelly Lin, the manager of Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I, for her enthusiastic assistance. She helped us find our lost wallet left in a taxi on the day before we returned home. Despite the complexity of locating the wallet and our status as foreigners without remembering the taxi's license plate number, we are grateful for Kelly and her team's efforts. They coordinated everything from contacting the taxi company to passing on our contact information to the police who received the wallet. Thanks to them, we miraculously retrieved our wallet with over two hundred Singapore dollars within three hours of its loss. People often say that the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is its people, and this experience once again proved it to me. If we visit Taipei again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I.

-Location 5 mins walk from Taipei main station , Shinkon Mitsukoshi and many eateries. If you take Airport train , you can exit from underground tunnel and very convenient Late night also there are many pass by thus suitable for family, group , lady solo traveler. -Room Very clean and shower facility is good. First few nights, I booked the double room which little troublesome to manage your huge luggage but the twin room, very comfortable to manage your luggage (we have 2 bigs and one small suitcases) -Staff 5 stars to each of them !! Very attentive Very efficient Very helpful -Drink&Snacks This hotel is very generous with their food and drink services. *Breakfast cereals *Coffee ( latte/cappuccino/ chocolate milk/Americano) *Ice lemonade (my favourite) *soyamilk *late night snack like cup noodles and soft drink You will never be disappointed!! Thanks City inn ! I will be back soon .

Nothing at all

The location is extremely good. Near Taipei Main Station, all MRT and buses are there, also high-speed train and MRT direct to Taoyuan Airport. You can even check in your luggage there. It's also just next to Shin Kong mall. Although there's no restaurant in the hotel, you don't really need it as it's near to so many eateries. It also provides free biscuits and drinks throughout the day at the pantry and free instant bowl noodles at night. It has a safe in the room. Useful for us to keep our money and passports there so we aren't so worried bringing too much money walking around the city. It's not too expensive considering it's right in the centre of Taipei. Staff are helpful.

The bed and pillows aren't that comfortable. They sink. Got bed bugs bite but I'm not sure is it from this bed or the one in Alishan which I went one night before. Not so sound proof but overall still OK. The window doesn't look out to anything but a wall of the opposite building so close to us. Room is very small, hard to open two medium size luggages.

There are small and large breakfast shops and restaurants all over the neighborhood in every direction. The hotel room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

The room was... snug. No space to sit anywhere but the bed if you have 2 suitcases (one on the suitcase stand and one on the chair). But it was good value so we didn't mind.
