It had everything we needed except a cabinet or drawer or vault and window. Free croissants if you wake up st 6am because people can get them earlier than you. Room was big and ok for us who had 2 big luggages. It was near Z8 entrance to the underground shopping mall. It was just near the main station where we meet for tours. Free water, juice, coffee, snacks. Clean towels. My son liked the common area with toys and books.

No vault/drawer/cabinet/window. Sometimes, it was hard to connect to the internet. If you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear people talking in the next room and can disturb sleep.

The hotel is located right in front of Taipei Main Station . It is very accessible via MRT, bus or taxi. It is surrounded by a lot of restos and shops that are frequented by locals. It is central but not crowded. Shin Kong Mitsukoshi is just around the corner. There's a 24hr Mcdonald's for late night cravings as well 711 and Family Mart. There's also a nearby Starbucks, Uniqlo and 2nd street TaoYuan Airport MRT and Airport Bus stop are just a few steps away. It is also near tour pickup and drop off points. The hotel is at the 5th floor of a relatively old bulding but as soon as you enter the lobby you are met with an airy , fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are clean cool and well kept. There is a very useful coin laundry machine, a 24/7 coffee and tea machine, unlimited cold drinks,cookies and candies and even breakfast croissant. You can have your meals at the common area with a nice view of Taipei Main Station. But for me, the highlight of this property is the customer service. The hotel is manned 24/7 by staff who are very helpful and attentive. They are always ready to provide assistance. The cleaning ladies are always busy keeping the hotel spotless and ensuring drinks and cookies are alwaye full. Aside from booking our airport transpo, the kind lady staff even brought our luggage straight to the car. This hotel might not be as posh but they surely make you feel like VIPs. Really value for money. Highly recommend to friends and families

We recently stayed at Click Hotel for 9 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station, just steps from the underground mall and surrounded by many local eateries. It's also about a 15-minute walk to Ximending, making it easy to explore the area on foot. While the building itself appears old and rundown from the outside—which was concerning at first—the hotel interior is well-maintained, clean, and nicely designed. It was a good value stay given the location and overall comfort.

We booked the Triple Room with two beds. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. However, it only had one nightstand and could benefit from an additional one, along with more electrical outlets for convenience. Free snacks offered are lacking varieties, compared to some of the other nearby hotels.

Location is very central. Room is ok as both of us can open our suitcases. Toilet is really big and wished that part of the space could have been part of our room. I like that they provide biscuits and instant 3-in-1 coffee and tea and hot water at the common area for all guests. There is also a coin operated washing machine and dryer which is really convenient for those who need to do laundry. Hotel occupies 5th floor of a commercial building. There are many eateries within walking distance.

The corridor is on the dim side. Would have been better to be brighter. My friend put her coins into the dryer instead of the washing machine after she loaded her clothes so it would be good to have clear signages on the machines.

Location is great! The reception staffs were super friendly, efficient and accommodating. All the freebies (snacks, coffee etc) and laundry machine (payable) offers a convenient stay.

The only thing that marks down the hotel, the housekeeping staff that slams the staff room door every 9.30am! Very annoying and inconsiderate, experienced it 2 days in a row (as 3rd day departure was 6am) if this was done by other guests cld possibly understand BUT for a hotel staff to slam the staff room door so loudly is no excuse. This is such a pity, despite all the welcoming efforts by the front desk staffs is marred by housekeeping staffs. Otherwise this place wld hv been perfect!

Great location for main train station and MRT, restaurants and shopping. Really comfy beds and soft linen.with a wonderful roomy, powerful hot shower. Good size Fridge in room. Nice area in reception for chilling with free coffee, noodles, biscuits and soft drinks. Laundry area with big washing machine and tumble dryer great for us as a worldschooling family.

Walls are very thin so if you're a late / light sleeper you will be woken up. We could hear others doorbells, talking and bathrooms. WiFi very slow and intermittent as shared across the whole hotel.

Washing machine, dryer and powder detergent were available cheaply, which was great especially after getting drenched in Jiufen. Water dispenser, coffee machine, and instant milk tea/coffee were provided at the pantry. The luggage weighing balance was useful at the time of packing. There were also day trips (payable), food options(payable) and food discounts that can be utilised.

The building is a bit old so I’m not sure how safe it is if a fire breaks out.

No breakfast provided. But vicinity was near various eatery. Very nice sandwich available just round the corner. Hotel provided service to order breakfast in advance and have it delivered at the nominal charges. Conveniently located to Taipei Main train station. easily accessible to various location. Reasonably priced washing machine and dryer.

It was part of an office building. height of the room was rather low. Hubby is 1.78, toilet door height was approx 1.8m.

Excellent location once you get to know the area. Don't get put off by the facade of the building - it looks old and run down, and the lift on the ground floor is accessible after passing through the ground floor shops. The neighbourhood may not seem to offer much on first look, but if you explore a bit, there are lots of options for food in the area. Proximity to a big underground shopping mall leading to the Taipei Railway and subway station. Ximending and Dihua Street are walkable, and there is a direct subway line from the station to places like the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial and 101 Tower. Though the rooms are small, the reception area is a great place to do one's digital work or to have a meal. It is brightly lit with a play area for children. The hotel provides a free flow of coffee throughout the day from a coffee machine, and snacks as well as something more substantial like instant noodles in a cup in the evenings. If you are not fussy with breakfast, there are mini croissants and a toaster/microwave if you like it warm. There is a washing machine and dryer which is inexpensive to use (about 100NT$ to wash and dry). Washing detergent can be purchased from the reception - I can't remember the price but it would be about 50NT$. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. While we didn't try the services, the hotel has ties with a travel and transportation company that offers transfers to and from airport. The prices for the airport transfers look comparable to what we pay to others.

Not very flexible with early checkins. No daily housekeeping service for duration of your stay - though they do change the towels on request. Rubbish are expected to be cleared by yourself - but you can just leave it at the door. The rooms though small as to be expected with the room rates, but it is decent enough with space to pack. We were 3 adults with 5 pieces of luggage - we managed to pack our shopping with some adjustments. There is a notice that toilet tissues are not to be flushed, and without a bidet, some adjustments needed to one's toilet practices. Also, the ceiling in the toilet/shower is low - I think a six footer might have to hunch a bit to move within the toilet.

The location is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel lobby available with a coffee machine and water dispenser which is useful. They also available to take bottle water and drinks + there is microwave and even baby bottle sterilizer. Everything is good.

You can’t flush the toilet paper into toilet bowl which is the usual issue in Taiwan.
