This hotel was a fantastic find! They readily held our luggage at the front desk before check-in, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well, making communication a breeze. I especially appreciated that the complimentary coffee included lattes made with plenty of real milk – a nice touch! In addition to the bottled water in the room, they also provided drink vouchers that could be exchanged for tea, cola, and other beverages. The location is also excellent; it's very close to the station, and there are tons of great dining options nearby.

However, the room we had didn't have a window, which made it a little dark. Also, the building seemed a bit old, and there was a slight odor that was noticeable.

Once you get out of the labyrinth of Taipei Station (head for Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store/ Underground Mall Area Z/ Exit Z4 or Z6), the hotel is pretty easy to reach. It is situated in a lively area with loads of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping. The rooms are tugged at the back of the hotel, so they were quiet and peaceful. The two complementary drinks each day were nice, and there is a washing machine and dryer on the 7th floor. The staff were helpful and polite.

Even though there was an aircon control in the room, the rooms employed central cooling, so temperatures were fixed at 24 degrees. This was not enough for me in the summer heat, so the staff helpfully brought a standing fan to my room. The shower head was also leaky.

located in the center of action around TAIPEI MAIN STATION area. Don't be mistaken with another property of the same name that is located few doors away. this property is also known as MIYI HOTEL. Drinks and snacks in room are constantly replenish for your need. You are too provided with drinks voucher (2 per room per night stay) that you can redeem with the receptionist for cold tea, selected soft drinks & beer or ice cream can be redeem at the bar on 6th floor using the vouchers provided too. Coffee and hot tea is provided too upon request. Surrounded by lots of famous eatery such as McDonalds, Starbucks, Yayoi Japanese restaurant, KURA Japanese restaurant..etc Also being surrounded by many Taiwan famous Cosmetics shopping outlets such as COSMED (just in front of property), Watsons and POYA is located just one street in front. Convenient stores such as 7ELEVEN and FAMILY MART is located almost every corner near this property. Even clothing shopping is so convenient....having UNIQLO and NET just 2 steps away. SHIN KONG MITSUTAYA shopping complex is too just across the street. Ximending shopping and food district is just 15mins walk away after turning left from property. Conveniently located near TAIPEI MAIN STATION you can exit from K12 as it has escalator to push with your luggage and just walk across the road. It takes about 10-15mins walk once exits. Or ...if you may prefer lift...do look out for exit Z4 you may take the lift to go up. Please be reminded that Z4 lift is very small and queue is long during rush hour; so waiting time will be long. If you are looking for local eatery (normally closes by 9pm); there are few nice local food shops around. As breakfast is not provided by property; we managed to try this local steam pan fried dumpling (BAO) just 2 shops on your left from this property. Made daily by this 2 lovely grandma; the BAO is delicious!!!!!! Give it a try!!!!!

Showering area. Water will constantly gather around bath area (our room type is a bathtub). No bidet. This function is super important to many SOUTH EAST ASIAN visitors. Though washing machine and dryer is provided (for a small fee of 30TWD - for washing capsule) it takes almost forever to get it done as dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. Mind you..only 1 machine is provided....please do take your turn to use. WIFI internet......though 5G is provided but its not stable and gets cut off constantly. Another option is 2.4G but that also gets cut off easily.

The room is spacious, with wide windows facing the shop. The bed is comfortable, and the ambiance is good. It is near Taipei Main Station and also walking distance to Ximenting. Excellent location, very easy to locate, it has walking distance to Taipei Main Station, Ximen Station (blue, green line), NTU Hospital Station (red line). The room was kept clean with staff coming everyday to pick up the trash, refill water bottles and tissue paper. Receptionists were present until late night and were very helpful.

Location close to Taipei Main Station. Many eateries especially breakfast within walking distance. Check-in staff Lisa very helpful and friendly. Twin room size spacious and comfortable. Prefer shower room instead of bath tub cos climbing in and out of bath tub pose risk of falling for senior (my sis above 70s).

The location is very good, not far from the station. The staff was very polite and patient. My sister and niece took a 17-18 hour flight that night and arrived in Taipei very late. They were probably too tired and didn't understand Mandarin well, so they didn't feel comfortable. I booked two nights for them. With them, I can only communicate via long-distance phone calls. I am very grateful to Lisa, the employee on duty that night, for her patience and helping to solve the room problem. Thank you so much!

Short distance walk from MRT TAIPEI MAIN STATION (use Exit Z4). Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Got hot & cold water but of course no bidet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I got some problem while directing myself to the hotel but I messaged them using this app and the reply it directly.

The location is perfect if you will travel from Taipei Main Station. It's also walkable from Ximending, if you're up to that. 100% soundproof. Room cleaning is done everyday, which is to our surprise, even though we are out, they will enter the room and change the towels and trash bin. There's also a bar upstairs that's open between 7pm-1am but we weren't able to experience it since we are early sleepers. There's also a coffee machine at the reception so you can drink coffee before going out. Easy checkout as well, the receptionist is available 24/7 and you won't trouble yourself conversing in English. Overall, best hotel in Taipei if you don't like the loudness of Ximending but loves shopping, walking, and MRT accessibility.

We asked if they can upgrade our room with additional fee but they said that the hotel is fully booked during our stay. I checked online platforms like booking, and they still have available rooms. I'm not really sure but I think there are few people checked in along with us since it was so quiet. I also didn't like that they have pre-authorization from your debit/credit card. Other hotel in the area uses the 'pay at the hotel' option. The amount was debited back to me 3 weeks after my trip.

So close to the station and also really close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was a good size so not cramped and the bathroom was large too. The beds were comfy and the staff was very helpful. A good place to return to and relax each day. It was on a main street but I wasn't bothered by the noise, I'm not sure I noticed any noise at all.

The shower head had heavy pressure, so if left in its original position, water would hit the back wall and then puddle on the bathroom floor. Just had to hold the shower head while showering to make sure not to get water everywhere.
