I have stayed in many hostels or capsule hotels before. This one is the best experience I've ever had. There are a lot of things I like about it. The staff at the counter was really nice. I booked a mix dorm, but she arranged a female-only dorm for me on the day I arrived. The space inside is pretty big! I can stand up with bending my upper body a bit. And I can also sit beside the bed and use the table to work. I stayed in the lower capsule. I expected to feel the ceiling of my capsule shaking and hear some noise when the other guest climbed up to the capsule above mine, but I didn't! It was pretty quiet. There are enough showers and toilets, and they are clean. The location is nice. I can just walk to Taipei Main Station within 5 minutes. Highly recommended! If I ever need to stay in Taipei again, I would love to stay with them again.

I like the location, near in MRT, Family Mart, everywhere. The Bed is very comfy, its spacious and Cold haha. The staff are vwry accomodation if you need something, they will guide you thouroughly.

At my ancient age one thinks that hostels are a thing of the past, but this is a hostel and capsule hotel and I absolutely loved it. The capsules are comfy and neat and spotlessly clean and have the sort of clever thoughtful design you find on small houseboats. There is a locker at the back for your things that locks automatically when you remove your keycard. The bathrooms are shared, but again very clean and with nice touches like cotton buds and mouthwash. We stayed in the women's only space and everyone was friendly and quiet. There are communal spaces too with smacks and drinks and chatting - and excellent wifi.

The top bunk is a little tricky to get in and out of, if ones knees/hips are not what they were

One of the nicest hostels I've ever been to! The bunk was extremely spacious & comfortable. The hostel has a full kitchen with a coffee machine & cold/hot water on demand. Umbrellas and books are available to borrow. The bathrooms are large & select toiletries are provided. The neighbourhood has many, many places to eat & shop. The hostel is easy to access from Taipei metro exit M8. If you're arriving from the airport, you'll have to make your way from the Taoyuan MRT to the Taipei MRT before looking for exit M8. It is a long-ish walk, and a bit confusing if you are unfamiliar with navigating large train stations, but once you get to M8, the hostel is very easy to find.

Excellent location, just a three minutes walk if you can find exit M8 MRT. The hostel offers 24-hour free coffee from a coffee machine and yummy snacks to choose from. Very close to 7-11, Family Mart, and plenty of restaurants, shops in the underground Taipei Main station. You could almost go anywhere from this location. They also have a lift, for those found difficult to use stairs.

The place could be cleaner. Bathrooms are very dirty. They use pull up and down screen instead of curtains in the capsule, which is not convenient. There were a few tiny mosquitoes in the capsule, I was bitten quite badly and was very itchy. I do not feel the area is clean, but the linens feel clean and comfortable.

Excellent common area next to the reception, perfect for working. It has a welcoming bright and modern design, with couches, sofas and breakfast tables. Clean bathroom and toilets. Plenty of showers and toilets for boys. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge free coffee and some snacks. The capsule is spacious and high enough to sit. There's even a shelf that doubles as a narrow desk and suitable for a small laptop. There's 3 sets of lights, 2 electrical points & 2 USB ports. Very convenient location next to Taipei Main Station & Metro (exit 8) is closest. Plenty of eateries within easy walking distance.

The mattress was thick, but very firm. By the 3rd night, it felt like someone had been punching my ribs. The AC in the capsule isn't strong enough. I had to leave the privacy curtain partially open to let the air circulate. No locker.

It is close to the MRT and Taipei Main station to Taoyuan airpot. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. I also like that the toilets and shower rooms are not crowded. Everything you need is provided like cotton buds, cotton pads, gargle solution, shower soap and shampoo, hair dryer and I also appreciated the giveaway earplugs which are very much needed. The capsules are clean and convenient, with mirror plugs and hanger for clothes.

The stairway going up and down the bunk is slippery and narrow. I struggled going up and down.

This was a great value hostel in a top location - just a short walk to the main Taipei Station, so you can easily commute around the city and take the train to the airport. I hadn’t stayed in a capsule hotel (or hostel) before, so it was a new experience for me. The facilities were super clean. I liked the heated toilets and free espresso coffee. Staff were great and the keycard access made everything simple.

I liked that it was quiet, but it was almost uncannily quiet in the room at night. Also in the kitchen people didn’t really talk much. Most of the guests seemed to be Taiwanese or Chinese so it wasn’t easy to socialise as a Westerner. I felt that my belongings were safe, but I only had a small carry on bag which I could fit inside my pod. I didn’t see any lockers, so I’m not sure if this would be ideal if you had more luggage. Overall this suited me for a short stay, but I would pick another spot for any stay in Taipei longer than 3-4 days.

area is cosy and good amenities in the toilet. bed space was good. can fit a cabin luggage and pack in it easily. i like the table and mirror within the bed space to place small stuff and prep for the morning. 3 lights options in the bed space for different purposes. very well for lit for reading. kitchen area is small but has pretty much everything needed. theres elevator for use and easy walk from main station. many food options around the area.

the bed was hard and pillow is not very comfortable. toilet can be cleaner. the drawing of the blinds can be easier. it was a hassle pulling up and down when getting in and out the bed.

Centrally located, location couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean rooms and well equipped hostel. A coffee machine and a nice assortment of tea in the kitchen for a good start into the day :) Staff was also friendly and efficient.

Please clean/replace your washing machines. Did laundry to have clean clothes for last days and flight back; clothes were smelling like sewerage! Couldn’t wear them and had to buy new clothes for the flight.
