Staff were friendly and spoke good English, so it was easy and stress-free to check in. Location is superb, being right by Taipei main station. The bed in the dorm was large, clean, and comfortable, and the locker space was more than enough for my needs. They have a spacious lounge area with microwaves, hot water dispensers, and a variety of comforts, which was great for eating takeout while organizing my itinerary. I didn't pack a towel, so it was nice to be able to borrow one for my stay for only 20 TWD. Price is very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the convenience of the area.

I stayed in the dorm, so occasionally people would be walking around, chatting, and being noisy at all hours of the night. Apparently, they offer free earplugs at the reception, which unfortunately, I did not notice during my stay. A small gripe, but the dorm bunk beds, while comfortable, have gaps around the edges connecting to other beds, so if someone above or next to you keeps their lights on at night, it will spill through the cracks and illuminate your sleeping area quite a bit. Which is pretty annoying if you are like me and like to sleep in complete darkness. At least this was the case with my bed - I cannot be certain about the others.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, convenience

The girl working the evening shift on January, 9. She talked to me like I was thick or something for no reason and it wasn't the first time. I can understand, it's a tough job and she's very frustrated she has to be there working while we are being spoiled and having a good time but she shouldn't take it out on any customers for no reason at all.

Breakfast is nice, just the options are few

There was a strange and creepy guy kept on entering our room because we shared the same toilet with the room 301, i am room 302. The problem is he is not using the toilet but just standing at the corner and watching the people in their beds, sometimes sitting on an empty bed, i dont know what his motive is, but just have to be careful of your personal things. The worst part is he is wearing a mask and cap, he entered and exit the room more than 10times i believe and i already told the front desk personnel when i checked out of the hotel but i dont know what action did they take to address it.

Usually dorms do not offer double bed but this do. Spacious dorm, blasting nice aircon, with little aromatic smell within the room (and I like it very much). A very clean and quiet hostel. Surprisingly there is still simple breakfast offered to guest despite of low price. Location is pretty near to Cosmos Hotel. M3/M5 exit are also near this inn. A good stayover before I transit to another state in Taiwan.

Exact location is not really easy to find as the lift is hidden beside the Patagonia outdoor shop, no obvious signboard/ signage. The ceiling of the shower room have a huge layer accumulated dust which I was afraid it might fall onto me while showering. A little fungi smell in the shower room but it is still very bearable. For this price, one really cant ask much.

One of the most comfortable hostels I’ve stayed at. The bed and perosnal area are quite big. Though I’m petite, I think two people would fit quite comfortably. The breakfast was regular, nothing extraordinary, yet the Taiwanese style eggs were so good. The staff were friendly and attentive. The showers are so nice, hot water and great pressure! Very clean and quiet. The location is perfect! It’s right outside exit M7 of Taipei Main Station.

To be honest everything was perfect! Just one little thing that doesn’t take away from the experience. Although the showers had great hot water, the sinks only offered cold water. I came in winter, so after walking around in the cold, some hot water to wash my hands and face would’ve been nice.

Centrally located to the main train station. M7 exit from the train station and land at the entrance of the accommodation. Beds are comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is good to get the day started. Out of all the hostels I have stayed in different countries I would rate this as the best so far.

It’s not a con but little concern. I wanted a power adapter since mine didn’t support the plugs and the accommodation provided by keeping my passport as deposit. I was worried if it’s get misplaced. Which wasn’t but it was a point of concern. Alternatively I would suggest to take money as deposit. I carried the adapter with me even when I stepped out because it was as valuable as my passport to me 😂

Really convenient location outside Taipei Main Station. It is a minute away from Metro gates and five minutes away from the HSR station. The men's dorm bed was massive, clean, and comfy. The space had sufficient outlets and storage space. You are given a locker with its own key and each floor has its own keypad for entry, so I felt pretty secure. Common area had good wifi and plenty of seating. I saw there was a laundry room but I didn't use it.

I stayed in the men's dorm. It seems like there are a lot of late-night checkin regulars in the men's dorms so if you're a light sleeper you might be disturbed - in this case, you should be getting your own room IMO though. Shared bathroom has typical issues for the region (not enough ventilation leading to mold, and the smell from that).

The location is the main selling point, as it is so close to the train station and easy to go into the city. Stayed there three times during my time in Taiwan, also because they offered luggage storage for a reasonable price. The double beds are spacious and have a curtain for privacy. Friendly staff.

The breakfast is nothing to write home about, no kitchen facilities to speak of. Mostly a hostel for transit, not much of a social atmosphere.

The rooms are clean and modern and a good layout for groups on a budget and who want to stay in the same room. The location is also really convenient and easy to get to the main attractions from here.

The young male staff member at the front desk has no hospitality skills whatsoever. He was cold and very condescending. He talks to you as if you’re a child. Also the lobby/eating area has a strange smell probably because it’s too close to the lavatory.

1. The location is great, really close to MRT/train and bus station. 7-11 and post office is just right next door. 2. The staffs are helpful and professional. I was asking for scale to weight my luggage and bandage, they had it all. The staff shows me how to access the room in person 3. Easy check in/out, don't need to bring your own toiletries, they have it all. Able to store my luggage safely before check in 4. Bed, pillow and blanket are comfortable and soft. 5. The facility is clean and safe, need to use card key to access your assign sleeping section and the elevator

There's only a curtain separate the locker area and the sleeping section, hopefully there can be a door installed to prevent noise. The door in between bathroom section and sleeping area seems to be purposely opened too.
