The cafe lounge has been outsourced to Buffet next door, the guests living in hotel are difficult to get a place to sit down, which is ridiculous, All five-start hotels in the world have a cafe/bar for guests to sit down and social in the cafe/bar, how can Sheraton keep those seats for making extra money from buffet areas. All guests in the hotel can not stay room all the time, they need to use hotel facility to get relaxed and have some light food and coffee/wine.

This is a fabulous hotel, particularly as evidenced by the way they handled the earthquake. It was totally calm, and because the hotel is so sturdy, we all felt completely safe and at ease. The other thing I loved about this hotel was the onsen located up on the top floor. It was totally luxurious and relaxing.

The location, although central, is a bit of a walk from anything fun/interesting. It's a practical location, but kinda boring.

Great Bed. Great Buffet (made us gluttons!). Location for our purpose was super convenient. Local breakfast close by was more than an hour wait but well worth it and such a great experience.

The team members are very efficient (and some are so nice) however it would be nice if they, especially some of them, would cheer up! But that is not a criticism, just an observation. Sometimes when you come across a team member they turn the other way. That's OK if you don't need their service. They need a campaign to cheer up and show they are there for everyone.

This was our inaugural visit to Taipei, and the accommodation truly elevated our trip to unforgettable heights. Despite the slightly distant proximity from the malls and night markets, the hotel proved to be splendid in every aspect. From the impeccable service of the staff to the comfort of the rooms and the delightful culinary offerings, every detail contributed to our memorable experience.

I simply dislike the cramped room and the buffet breakfast's lack of rice options.

Location is very convenient for the main train station. The breakfast options were good, albeit served in a noisy soulless atrium. Staff were friendly.

We also stayed in the Metropolitan Premier (which has similar facilities at a similar cost) and felt the Metropolitan was a bit better on most metrics and a lot better for the breakfast,.

The property was in a great locations. The staff gave suggestions of areas to visit and guidance on how to get there plus costs. The amenities were all fantastic. One down side was the price on the bookings.com and the hotel differ quite a lot so on check out my bill was more than expected. I’m waiting on a response why this was.

Executive lounge food. Breakfast at the executive lounge is very weak and not much food to eat. surprisingly, during the happy hour, there is almost no food. had 4 roll peices from the left over from breakfast. dont expect happy hour.

Friendly reception staff and concierge. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Huge spread of Taiwanese breakfast buffet Location very convenient. Especially like the hotel entrance with car drop off that many hotels don't have. 24 hour gym. Umbrellas with rubber tips that are good for long walks

Good location, good facilities

Overall staff was friendly, including the check-in staff, housemaid, and other emplayees. However, when I checked out, the staff name Lien was a bit rushed and impolite. I tried to ask about the information for my next stay and other Marriot hotels, but her manner disappointed me.

Breakfast buffet was good but no change in items over the four days we were there. Room amenities and extras were good, room size was big! Room was clean and Aircon worked very well. Hotel right next to mrt, walkable to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial and Taiwan museum. Hotel reception was helpful. Swimming pool had no kiddie height and was a bit small.
