The sheets are very comfortable, the heated bidet is super nice. there are people at the lobby desk all the time to welcome you, they will help you with luggage and carry it to your taxi. Very polite cleaning and kitchen staff.

the room was very small and there was no door between the bathroom and the room itself. also,It isn't unexpected, but most of the staff did not speak English. I did not encounter much trouble, but I wanted to book an additional night and I had a bit of trouble getting my point across. The breakfast is okay, but it could definitely be improved. maybe it just doesn't suit my European taste buds, but I had a hard time digesting noodles, rice and heavy meat early in the morning.

Fantastic breakfast, with a large array of hot, Asian breakfast choices, as well as breads, cereal etc. Snacks and water provided in the room, and made available in the lounge during the day (along with access to the coffee machine). Large, comfortable room with ample storage space. Great location close to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and walking distance to Taipei Main Station and two other subway stations (all only around 10 mins away). Free laundry facilities - washing machines and dryers free to use. Really great, helpful staff, especially housekeeping (I had a blocked bath and they quickly got it sorted out).

The natural light in the bedroom as the bathroom is on the outside of the building instead (honestly I didn't notice this when booking the type of room I booked, so on me). Air conditioning was loud, perhaps needed a service. The night stand had a light that I couldn't ever switch off - it was at the bottom and I assume it was there as a sort of night light in case you needed to get up at night. Felt unnecessary and would have been better to have an off switch (or a more obvious one). Perhaps a bit pricier than some other options, but overall still a great stay!

The facilities and room were as expected. The Breakfast was good. The check-in was easy and they were quite helpful with our taiwan the lucky land lottery QR codes. They even had parking for a friend who pick us up, and our airport transfers.

The location while central, still is a walk to everywhere including all train stations. After a long day sometimes its not as ideal. I think its a good hotel for business and long stays. For shorter stays, i will book a more central location in the future.

Decent location which was a quick walk to the metro stop/bus stop. Breakfast was simple but good options if you are Asian. Free laundry room was a great perk since we had been traveling for a while and it was great to have fresh clothing. They had some simple snacks and tea/coffee machine for use in the main lobby which was a nice perk as well.

Staff was nice but not warm. Rooms were small and there was no space to relax either in the room or much of a lobby for relaxing. Didn't realize it but one of our rooms was set as a no daily cleaning room - I guess I didn't read the fine print and somehow only one room had daily cleaning - weird that is even an option so be careful when selecting the rooms.

Excellent hotel all around. Great room, friendly staff and excellent service, clean, decent breakfast service, good location and at a very good price. The fact they provided washing machines for guests to use for free was really appreciated. The location is a bit weird, in a side street off the main roads. But this means it's quiet, and it's still within reasonable walking distance of three different MRT stations accessing the red, green and blue lines as well as Taiwan rail and hsr. My room was advertised as not having a window view, I was pleased to find it still had some frosted windows letting in a decent amount of natural light. There's honestly not a lot to see out of the windows anyway. This is probably the best all-around experience I've had in a hotel, I definitely recommend it.

The washing machines weren't very clean and made my clothes smell a little, so I had to rewash with extra soap. I'd suggest the hotel run a cleaning cycle on the washing machines more often.

Excellent location with 10-15 minutes walk from the Taipei Bus Station and Taipei Main Station. I took the Kuo-Kuang bus 1819 from the airport because although the bus ride is longer, it is a shorter walk. I was initially worried on the first day walking alone late at night on a quiet and dark road to the hotel entrance, but once you get used to it, things are fine. Hotel is basic with no luxury facilities like pool and gym which I would have liked, but the room is comfy and clean. Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Location is quiet within a busy area but safe.

Nothing. Everything is great

The hotel was in a great location for the subway and Taipei main station only a short 10 minute walk away. It was clean, modern with very friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food, hot and cold.

While the bed itself was comfortable, the A/C control panel was illuminated permanently meaning the room was lit up all night while trying to sleep - see photo attached. The bathroom was a little odd as the shower/bathtub was under an opening window, I assume this had one way glass so the building opposite couldn’t see in! (Although I always pulled the blinds down) - not a complaint (it was a great bathroom) just an observation.

The staff were AMAZING, every staff member we came in contact with was friendly, polite, helpful and informative. We had questions about locations, restaurants, the hotel & all the staff members were incredibly helpful. I can’t praise the staff enough. I’ve stayed in many hotels & the staff here are top of my list. The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants & the MRT train. Tea & coffee is available in the room & in the lobby also biscuits. There’s a library in the lobby with a good choice of books on decorating & National Geographic Magazines. We had breakfast one day, there were lots of choices, great to start the day. We had an early flight so unable to have breakfast so the staff made us a delicious breakfast to go. Our room was cozy with a bidet ( love it) and Netflix. The beds were comfy and the temperature in the room was perfect. This is a great choice in Taipei.

Everything was perfect!

Location was close to the main transportation hub. Even if you're with luggage, it's less than 100 NT taxi ride away. The wifi was good, not super fast but good enough for multiple devices to stream videos and FaceTime. The comfort level of the beds as well as the showers was good. Water was strong and hot enough, and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was everything you expect for great Taiwanese hotel: traditional cooked dishes and fresh vegetables, toasts and all. There's also free laundry facilities and dryers which was perfect for traveling with a kid.

Cold, very cold. Even in the cold weather, there's no heating inside the hotel. We had to resort to using the hair dryer to warm up ourselves slightly and our beds before getting in.

This hotel is in a convenient location as it’s within 10 minutes of three MRT stations including Taipei Main. The staff were very helpful in that they let me borrow an umbrella and do laundry free of charge. It doesn’t sound like much, but practically no hotel in Asia offers free self-service laundry. The room was spacious, and while I don’t usually like firm beds this was comfortable enough for me to sleep.
