The staff is on post 24 hours, a nice guy to help me check in smoothly. The location is at Taipei Station with easy access to attractions in Taipei City and Taoyuan Airport via metro. Although breakfast is not including, the hotel provide a snack bar with unlimited snacks and drinks for guests.

The large bed takes too much space in the not so big room. The bathtub is not separate from the toilet. There is no shower but only a bathtub in the room. No parking places for car drivers.

Less than 5min walk from Taipei Main Station QSquare, so just walk towards QSquare direction if you are overwhelmed by the underground labyrinth. We went to the wrong branch at first, which is about 10min walk away. So make sure to type in the full hotel name in map. Central and close to everything but in a quiet area. Room has window, is clean and very comfortable. Our room is with a larger bed (almost a King) and so the room size is quite spacious. Free bottled water, snacks and paid washer and dryer.

The location was very convenient. I arrived a bit earlier than the actual check-in time but the staff was very kind and allowed me to check-in and enter the room a half-hour or so early. The common areas were very clean and the room was also nice.

My only concern was with the sound privacy of the door to my room. I could always hear when people were walking past the room which was somewhat often because my room was next to the elevator and because there is a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door, I could also see the shadows of people walking past in the evening which could be improved. Generally it helped that the other guest and staff were not very noisy in the hallway.

Location : I booked this hotel because I want to be closer to the bus station. This hotel is only like 7 minutes walk to the bus station. Nearby there are many places to eat. A big mall and underground street mall are nearby with food courts. Staff : Very helpful and cordial. Room Light : Very bright which I like. Quiet : very very quiet. Coffee and cookies for guests are available for guests 24 hours a day. Washing machine and dryer are available which I didn’t use.

Internet : Lost signals but it wasn’t a problem. It worked 98 % of the time. Wish list : overhead light control by the bed side ( on both sides of the bed ) but there was a desk lamp .

Loved complimentary drinks and snacks. A self service laundry helped us a lot! The location is the best, especially for a bus to the airport. Even if we had big luggage, it only takes a couple of minutes. A lady who speaks Japanese made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed :) おすすめです！

Their service is fantastic. Actually we are staying 6 nights, due to my mother passed away on the 3rd day of staying and I requested to cancel one night stay, the staff was professional and assisting me for request. At last, the request is granted and refunded. I really appreciated for their assistance. Thank you so much.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Taipei Main Station and within walking distance of the night market. While the room was quite small, it was a good value for the price. Water bottles and snacks available for free.

The staff member who checked us in during the night shift seemed a bit awkward, possibly due to a language barrier.

The location was great and the room was very clean. The coffee and snacks were nice. The washing and drying machine was extremely convenient. The room was small but the bathroom was large and the shower was nice with lots of hot water. This is a basic room with good value.

What an amazing small hotel. The location is so close to Taipei Main Station. Great neighborhood. The staff are so nice and helpful, nice little sitting area behind main desk you can make a coffee or tea and sit. Washer and dryer on ground floor ( small charge) was so helpful. Rooms feel 5 star... beautiful soft linen, and great shower heads! Very helpful staff during our 4 night stay.
