The hotel is near the Taipei bus station. And actually the underground connection corridors are very close from the accomodation to the MTRs with the particular escalator (we found it out on the last day! Shame!). So recommend to ask the info desk near the Moss burger shop on the first day. Underground pedestrian path is bit tricky to navigate, but less wasting time if you know. Room is clean and spacious with the balcony, could see 101 tower in far end from the balcony. Felt good sequrity with two females.Lots of shops. Good quality tea coffee pack supplied.

Hard to find the reception originally, (again, ask info desk near Moss Burger but it is a small outside office, probably back to back to Moss burger shop). The actual rooms are the opposite side of the same building. Only one card key, very awkward if you are doing different activities because you need this key to use for the lift access too. So make sure your mobile battery level enough to contact! The reception is only operated until 9:30 pm, after that hard to register if your arrival is with the late flight etc. Mindful to the check in time, the transport plus actual finding the area may take much more time than planned from the airport(easy to get lost).

Strategically located above the Q Square Shopping Centre. Look for Exit [Y3] or [Y5] if you go from Taipei Main Station. Hotel's reception is near the building's car park entrance. I'm from Japan, so to me the room was reasonably spacious, with large comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere at night. Managed to get a good night sleep. Nice shower too. There's a balcony and a washing machine and drying area, but they couldn't provide any washing detergent, so you might need to bring your own if you want to do laundry.

Nothing in particular. Rooms may not be fully soundproofed, but other guests were respectful enough to keep the volumes down at night.

Location - which is actually above the bus station joined to Q Square mall. On bad weather days, the Taipei Main Station has many malls to explore. Room came with a spacious balcony to hang laundry (hanging bars available).

Lack of mirrors in the room. Reception is not 24/7. Which means you cannot deposit luggage before 9.30 am and after 9.30 pm. No overnight luggage deposit available too and no late check in. Only one room key provided. Will require a deposit for extra set.

Location was great very near main stations and could be accessed via underground walkways without need for taxis even with cases

Toilet shower room was very small, difficult to get in out unless stepping into shower first , shoeer was hot and water pressure exceptional . Odd really as apartment was quite spacious. No microwave, No plates bowls etc but reception did sort some out for us.

Could not find entrance expected to see lobby, omly small reception office with Poor small signage. Walked past several times. Also The entrance lobby to building was cluttered with shelving and packages did not look like it was open looked like work was being undertaken. Apart from that the stay was very good, room was well appointed excellent location very good staff 👍

Excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable with a sofa, bed, tv, fridge, desk, cupboards, fridge and kettle. It was cleaned and restocked every day. It’s actually a floor of apartments rather than a hotel, and the check in desk is outside and around the corner. It felt a bit shady when I first arrived but it was really safe and convenient.

It was clean enough, but under the cupboard doors and the units was very dusty. The dust transferred to anything out in the floor e.g suitcase. No luggage rack was provided.

Excellent location. The hotel is above the Taipei Bus Station and there are excellent eateries downstairs, as well as a department store. The Taipei Main Station is across the road for MTR and High Speed Rail connections.

Super location! Everything just below our feet!

The drop off area. No shelter and need to climb stairs. We were there on raining day and seems very difficult to check in. The front desk really hard to find too!

excellent value for money in a very useful location, just next to the main station. great size room, more like a rented bedsit than a hotel room.

check in location is not where the rooms are. to access the rooms is a labyrinthine affair through the main bus station and down a small corridor and then some. other than the room there are no additional hotel facilities, but with its proximity to the shopping mall and stations you are well serviced. still, the location and cost are ample reward for a small compromise on the quirkiness of this accommodation.
