It would be great if the staff let us know we should get out from subway exit Y13 instead of sending us a map with exit Y7, Y12 and Y10 where there is no escalator and lift, it’s hard to move with our luggage …. Hard to walk to the subway station, as Taipei station is very complicated with all the train, subway and buses in the same area, I think the same hotel in Ximen station is much more convenient and the rooms are bigger!

This is a lovely hotel set on a great street with lots of food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to pay extra and check in at 12:00 because there was a room available. There are rooms with and without windows. We had one with a window.

The wifi was very weak in the room.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean toilet in lobby for when you share your bathroom with your roommate and you really need to go.

Check in is at 3pm instead of the more usual 2pm, but since location is great it's no hassle to leave bags. Also, no bidet, which is especially difficult in Taiwan since you can't flush toilet paper there.

location and many food choices just besides hotel. wifi is strong. shower is fantastic, no issue with water pressure. no funny smells whatsoever like other review. didn’t heard other room noises either. Room size for two was good as well. Son says room for three was good also.

no bidet for the toilet, which still can’t throw the toilet paper into the WC. So why was there no bidet? my son has trouble flushing his stool away because the suction was weak. maybe because he is full of sh*t. Save your money and take the non-window room, nothing to see unless u need to check the weather all the time.

Easy to talk to, clean, excellent location. It's less than 5 minutes to get there from Airport Express MRT, around 10 mins to Taipei Main (blue and red lines), and a short bike ride away from Ximending. Quiet area at night and in the mornings, so easy to pop windows open if you want. This is my third booking already, and will probably continue to have Hotel Puri as my top 3 for Taipei.

The shower is small despite the relatively large bathroom size, due to layout limitations with the door. It's hard sometimes to not hit the walls with my elbows

It’s been 4 years since I got to visit Taiwan with pandemic and all. I picked this hotel for its location and price. It was very reasonable and I couldn’t ask for more. Staffs are friendly and professional. Room was well equipped with everything you need for a few nights.

The room was very musty when we entered the room and had slightly hard time to get used to the smell first. It would have been nice to have mon-scent air freshener or air purification system if it gets musty like that.

I love this hotel for the perfect location for everything! A few minutes walk to the Taipei Station MRT and airport line. A few blocks to the night market and all the little grocery shops. Starbucks in walking distance, as well as delicious tea shop. The hotel is cozy and clean, and staffs speak excellent English and friendly. This place became my go-to hotel when I visit Taipei since last stay in January 2024.

Nothing much. Bathtub drainage was slightly clogged but not biggie.

Toilet is quite old and old pipes have a stench.

The location is good, for us to stay one night only and the next day need to go to the airport, the location is great as it is 5min to the airport mrt. It is 3 min to the underground shopping area and 30min walk to ximending. The air conditioning is good and silent. The room is spacious.

The toilet flushing water is weak. The quilt has some smell. And it is so surprised the hotel is only one level of the whole building.

- Super near the airport train, metro, HSR/TRA station - SO MUCH FOOD in the area, there's a few famous eateries right outside the hotel with long lines every day (japanese food and a bakery), and we realised there's also a small night market there too - Very convenient location to Ningxia night market and Ximending - Free water dispenser, laundry service onsite (40ntd per use), all amenities provided for - Room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very very comfortable - we were allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after checkout
