Room and bathroom looked exactly like photos. Small though it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, location very close to Taipei station by foot and close to Dihua traditional market. There is hot/ cold water machine on ground floor.

Day time reception was not friendly and could not speak much English before checkin time. Luckily the afternoon reception was much more friendly and able to provide info on directions.

The room was roomy, and check-in and -out were stress-free. The beds were clean, large and comfy. Free water bottles were given, which is nice since I was strongly advised not to drink the tap water.

There was no shower curtain, which meant having to sit/lie down in the shower to prevent the bathroom from getting completely soaked.

Although small, but everything is comfy. Location is great.

The staff that checked us in the morning was rude and impatient. Others are polite and helpful. Room is quite small.

The room is quite small but full of facilities you want. The service and reception are very good. No complaints here.

Some of the facilities are quite not in good condition but not unusable. If you don't mind that much. It's totally fine.

The location is just nice. Nearby Taipei Main Station. But if you bring a heavy luggage, it would take sometimes to arrive at the hotel. Near to bus stop and easy for travelling. Hotel is clean and the staff is really helpful and super friendly.

No bidet.

The staff is helpful. The room is clean and spacious enough. The wifi works well enough. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well enough. They provide toiletries and water. The location is just 10 minutes away from Taipei main station.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be better - can easily hear other guests in their rooms if they talk loudly

I like the way the reception accommodated us even if we are not yet allowed to check in, she offered assistance for the baggage and she looked and sounded friendly

Great location near the MRT and other amenities at a walking distance. Small room but very functional with comfortable bed, good size bathroom, desk area, mini fridge and good WiFi.

generally a clean and cozy hotel at fringe of Taipei Station, a good 15mins walk from the Metro. good thing is the room is clean and comfy bed, stable warm water and good sound proof I must say.

the only downside is the toilet, which in generally an issue for a lot small hotel across Taiwan.. why can’t we flush the toilet paper down
