The location is fantastic. It’s close to multiple stations making it very easy to travel. There’s a self-laundromat directly across from it. The staff are very friendly and happy to help.

Like most people have mentioned there are no elevators so I would reconsider if you are a heavy traveller but this wasn’t much of an issue for me. Strangely, the shower would change from scalding hot to freezing cold at random points without me touching the handle which made showering a bit anxiety-inducing.

It was very close to Taipei main station which was handy when getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful when required. It was very close (opposite) to a laundrette, so we were able to do the washing for little cost and without carting it for ever back to a hotel. The only downside was that we unfortunately did not have a window. And the bed was against the wall which made it more difficult for 1 of us to get out of bed. Despite this, we enjoyed the stay and would book again to explore the city around the hotel.

Staff was very nice, we got all the instructions for check in after reception hours prior to the check in, we were able to leave our bags until evening departure at secure place on the reception. Excellent location couple of minutes on foot to Taipei Main Station.

Room is extremly small - in our room was 3rd bed and we litterally didn’t have place to put the bags on the floor so we had to put it on the not used bed. We were 2 and felt super crampy and crowded.

The location of the place is really convenient. Less than 10mins walk away from train station and a good town to stay in. There’s ample food selection around the place.

I think some improvement/upgrade can be done to the place. Toilet was rather small in my opinion. There’s no elevator at the place.

The location was close to Taipei main station and some shops. The staff are very friendly and will greet you as you enter and leave the hotel. They are also very accommodating and always make sure that our needs are met. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests because it's a walking distance to Taipei main station

Excellent location, only a 6 min walk from the airport express and in a characteristic neighbourhood of Taipei with plenty of shopping nearby. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, Japanese toilets in the room! Easy to find.

Might be good to bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper, but it was never too noisy that I couldn't sleep.

Had a clean room with complete amenities that should meet the needs of every solo traveller. Had a small incident in the room involving the ventilation cover which was immediately remediated by the management team. Sincerity in handling the matter was truly appreciated.

Upper level accessible via stairs only. The staff is however very helpful with moving my bags upon check out.

The room wasn't clearly spefcified as no-window room on the website, so I was surprised when walking into the room.

Hotel was clean and smells good. Staffs were all nice, helpful and friendly. Very polite.

It was a little hard to communicate with English. No lift.

A little drawback: No 24 hours front desk , so be careful of your arrival time
