Located right above Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport Metro outside of Y13 exit. Helpful staff, clean queen size beds and room. Separate Ladies only floor. Lift inside building. Cool hang out bar and barista area. Small safe for personal belongings.

Open space within inside room dorm to keep cabin bag luggage. Better to keep large suitcases in the ground/1st floor storage room. Have more Signages to say KEEP QUIET after 11.00pm as foreigners like to make lots of packing noises even after midnight.

Free breakfast is included with booking, and freshly cooked for you. The bunk bed was so clean and outlet is available. You can rent towels if you weren't able to bring one. I love the toiletries in the wash room. Body wash, shampoo, blower, facial wash, tissue, whole body mirror and a big container for trash are all available. I just bought toothbrush, that's it. You can go and leave anytime you want!

Nothing.

One of my favourite hostels I've ever stayed in! Its such a perfect location and so easy to get to from the aiport with the Subway stop just accross the road! I got a free iced tea when I checked in which was much appreciated!😊 All the staff were always so kind, friendly and welcoming! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bed was the most spacious bunk bed I've ever slept in, it was like having my own room! A lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay! The free breakfast of a taiwanese omelette with toast and a tea/coffee was a great start to each day! And the coffees and lemon cake in the cafe are so delicious😊 I loved staying here and would highly recommend to everyone!😊

Very close to exit Y13 at Taipei Main Station which has a lift and escalator- a relief when travelling with luggage! Hostel has a lift as well. There’s a basic breakfast included with tea and coffee. Nothing available during the day but they gave me some discount vouchers to use in the downstairs bar. They didn’t tell me about the lounge area on the 4th floor (lift only goes to 3rd floor so wasn’t aware there was a 4th floor!) but there’s a fridge and kitchen up there and coin laundry too. The shelves and space around the bed as well as safe and bedside lamp were excellent touches to a well thought out space. The area around the lower bunk is big enough to store luggage if you travel lightly.

Lack of communication from staff - I stayed a week and only found the lounge after I asked about the laundry.

I stayed for 5 days, and used this as a base to do some hikes around Taipei. The hostel in itself was exactly what I wanted: good value, safe, clean, quiet, with ample space for a bag. You are sheltered from the others by a curtain. There is a woman only floor, which I definitely appreciated. The shared bathroom was clean and functional. I only had breakfast for one day, and it was simple but perfect! I really appreciated the selection of teas. The staff was super accommodating, and I would recommend you try one of the pastries before you leave - I had the black sesame scone and it was wonderful!

The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, subway, bus, train etc. Bathrooms and toilets are always clean. Great with laundramat and drier on the 4th floor. Also they provide hot water and drinking water. I stayed for 5 nights. Just enough, not too long, not too short. The bathroom on the 4th floor is spacious and more comfortable than the bathrooms on 3rd floor.

Breakfast, not much choice if you don't eat meat. There are no space to packing in and out suitcase. The facility is a bit little dated, but for the price and location it is worth it. The bathrooms on ladies floor should have more hanging/shelf to put your dry clothes on for after shower.

Extremely clean, beds very comfortable with enough space to walk in standing up. Small night stand with good lights. The staff was very professional and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The bathroom also private, clean, with hot water. Súper shower. The location can not be better. Few blocks from Taipei Main Station, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. If you like walking like I do, you can reach many tourist sights in about 25 minutes pleasant walk.

Nothing. Everything was a lot better than expected. The staff understands very well the meaning of Hospitality .

The vibe, helpful stuff, tasty omelets (tuna/corn/and pork, I think) and toast (chocolate/peanut butter) for breakfast, one-time discount NT$90 for their menu, and especially the capsule with bed, small safe (you can fit iPad there), and two hangers. The bed is comfy. There is a laundry machine (NT$40, I think) and a dryer (or you can hang your clothes there). There is a common room upstairs. And they have a washlet there.

The room might be a little too bright during the night for some people. Additionally, there isn’t much space for air-drying your clothes if others also wash theirs.

This was one of the best hostels I ever stayed at! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and even if there are 6 people in one room it was very quiet and you had a lot of privacy. Overall the hostel was extremely clean and had a nice atmosphere due to the bar downstairs (closed during night so not disturbing). The breakfast was also very good!

- Sanitizer for toilet seats. - Thick mattress - Clean linen - Hot breakfast, individually prepared - Notices to keep bathroom and pantry clean. I don’t find such notices stifling. They set the required expectations to keep the place clean for everyone to enjoy the place. - I think the trash bins are cleared very regularly because I could see very little trash in the bins at any time of the day. This is excellent effort. - coin-operated washing machine and dryer available

No towels provided. But it is a small issue if price point is kept competitive.
