Its location as it’s near to the Taipei Main Station and Zhongshan station as well as Ningxia Night market.

The receptionists looked really tired and though they are proficient in what is needed to be done, they don’t look friendly. A little smile from them would really brighten the day. While the room is comfortable, the soundproofing is not great as we could hear room doors being opened and closed. The floor carpet are really dirty looking even though they are cleaned everyday. The shower unit is complex with many knobs dispensing jets to soothe the body but it takes a while to figure out the various knobs.

The location not too far from taipei main station, very near to convience store.

The 3 pax room actually very small, compare with the 2 pax room. We came in family group of 10 adult and 1 child consist of 5 room, ordered 4 room for 2 pax and 1 room for 3 pax, the fare for 3 pax was more higher than the 2 pax room but the size of the room more narrow than 2 pax room. I was asking the reception staff on the time of checking out but she can not give explanation

Hotel's location is in between 2 bus stops and 5-10 mins away from Taipei Underground Mall (has access to Taipei Main Station). Near laundry shop, convenience stores, and Ningxia Night Market! Starbucks cafe is located across the street. Staff cleaned our room everyday and refilled our water bottles. Good water pressure in our bathroom. The green tea hair/body wash was so refreshing! We stayed at the 9th floor and it was quiet during the night.

- Joining 2 twin beds doesn't make a Double bed. - Only tea is available, I suggest adding coffee in your room inclusions. - No bidet in the bathroom. NO BIDET! lol - Fire alarm light indicator is kinda bright, above our bed. - Wifi had a weak signal in our room. - Room is quite small, no space for our luggages.

The location is perfect! Very close to the main central station, as well as the Ningxia night markets (that are just a couple of minutes away by foot). There are also several cute little places where you can have breakfast just in front of the hotel. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. Clean and nice and there was a window too! (This is not very common in Taipei)

Pillows could have been better

Location: It was right next to the Ningxia Night Market and between 3 main subway stations (Zhong Shan, Beiman & Taipei + Taipei Main Station)~ So convenient and with many things walking distance away. Room: The room was bigger than I expected, and modern. It was really clean and comfortable. Every day the room was cleaned for us as if we were checking in again! Staff: We had to check out really early in the morning (3am). I wasn't sure how to get to the correct location of the airport bus. He helped book the taxi for us and even assisted us downstairs, to verbally confirm with the taxi driver to ensure we were going to the right place. Also! It's right next to a supermarket, laundromat, bubble tea shops, Starbuck and lots of convenient stores! Right outside the hotel, they have the YouBikes (rent with your Taiwan sim card and EasyCard) which made getting around Taipei much more fun! All of these things made the stay amazing; I would definitely stay here again!

The room we had was next to the main road and its not sound proof. For the whole stay. since we were going to bed at around 11pm, it was fine, and quiet. Just on the night before checking out, we had to be in bed by 8pm, and the road traffic sounds were making it difficult to fall asleep. But it wasn't terrible, or unmanageable!~

Fast check in procedure and clean with friendly counter staff. Near to metro, nearby with lots of choices of food/drink.

The TV was not an internet access TV which lead to less choices.

Location is super good. Walking distance to Taipei station. The room is surprisingly clean. The bed is comfortable. Staff service is general okay. Room is generally small but it’s not an issue for me.

Acoustic is really bad. It’s fair to hear the noise outside the street in big city, but the noise from corridor or next room, also water pipe and water flow could be heard clearly. I wore eye plugs to sleep then it didn’t bother me anymore.

Everything was very modern and comfortable. The location was excellent and staff was nice.

The room was quite small and the large bed was made up of 2 smaller ones pushed together, which messed with the power outlet positioning

The location was good, in walking distance from Taipei main station exit 5. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Thin walls and my room was on the side of the main road. It can be noisy when you are trying to sleep.
