Good location. Easy enough to walk straight from Beimen station or Tapei Main Station, even with suitcases. Room was nice and comfortable, and there were lots of freebies/amenities in the room. (toothbrush, soap, conditioner, comb, water etc.)

Sound insulation isn't great. You can hear when neighbouring rooms are showering, using hairdryer, talking loudly, and um...other stuff... Not a huge deal, but if you have particularly loud neighbours, then it might be an issue. Room may be a little small if you're staying for an extended period of time

Location was fantastic - straight-line walk down to Dihua Street on the one end and on the other end, you can walk straight to Beimen Station or alternatively, to Ximending. Rooms were decently comfortable. I like that the shower room and toilet rooms are segregated from each other.

Rooms are a little small, but this is typical for boutique Taipei hotels.

Very good location, accessible by public transport from the airport. Rooms are small but enough for two days. I wouldn’t recommend the property if you’re staying longer however, perfect for short stays. Beds were comfy and shower was good!

It was small and issues with check in. Payment was taken one week before check in however, during check in, they were asking for payment again. Due to language barriers, it took a while to figure out that the payment one week before was just a pre authorization and actual payment was taken on the day. This caused confusion from our end and worry as it looked like we paid for the accommodation twice. Still waiting for the pre authorization to be cancelled / refunded.

Location was good, just about 5-8 mins walk from the Taipei Main station (airport express station, not to be confused with the regular MRT station which is another 10 min walk away). Also about 10-15 mins walk to Ningxia Night market and Dadaocheng historical district. There’s a 7-11 right next to the hotel so it was convenient to get necessities. Room was clean and new, with universal power socket (so no adapter required!) Hotel staff will help to arrange taxi to the airport if you ask them.

Room was small, so if you have anything bigger than a 24-inch luggage you probably won’t have space to open it up. No wardrobe for clothes, just two hangers on the rack above the bed. The design of the shower booth is also not ideal, as water was leaking out onto the floor outside the shower booth into the room. There was shampoo and shower gel provided, but no conditioner.

The location is perfect. 5 minute walk to the Beimen metro station, 10 minutes to the Taipei main station, 5-10 minutes to the Ningxia Night Market, and plenty of small restaurants and cafes nearby. You can even skip the metro and it's only a 30-45 minute walk to some of the great areas in the middle of Taipei. There's also a 7-11 right downstairs for quick snacks and drinks in a pinch. The hotel made accommodations above and beyond expectation for our infant, providing a crib and baby bathtub. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is fantastic—conveniently connected to both Beimen MRT and the Taoyuan Airport MRT. Besides this, good local restaurants, cafes, 7e & Family Marts are also located nearby the hotel. The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure we had the best hospitality experience.

We wished they had provided basic amenities like toothbrushes, and the room was definitely on the smaller side.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station which is the hub of the bullet train, rail road ,MRT/Taipei Metro and Taoyuan Metro. The closest subway stop is one block away and there's a 7-11 right by the entrance. The room can be tight if you travel with more than 2 suitcases, but real estate in Taipei is expensive! Bonus point: The coffee machine in the lobby spits out the most decent free hotel coffee I've ever tasted and the staff are very nice and helpful which made the overall experience that much better.

I wish they have the option of rooms for 3.

The location is excellent. It’s a 5 min walk from the Biemen train station. One train ride from Taoyuan airport. Also walking distance to Taipei City mall, night market where you can find the best street foods. 7-11 is right next to it! Comfortable bed, staff are very helpful and accommodating. Being able to leave your luggage after check out is a real plus! If we come back to Taipei, will definitely stay here again!

Location was good, 6 min walk to Beimen MRT station and easy access to the airport line. Room was small but pretty clean, not too stuffy even without a window.

Room was on the smaller end which I didn't mind, but it didn't really have a "bathroom" space, only two separate stalls for the toilet and the shower, the sink is outside by the hotel room door / entrance area. It was hard to find anywhere to hang clothes by the shower. Soundproofing can be improved as well.

Location was great! We arrived at Taipei Main station and because it was raining, used the underground Taipei City mall exit Y27 or Y23 to avoid walking too much in the rain to get there. It's about a 13min walk. Y27 has an escalator if you are with heavy/large luggage. My friend stayed nearby at City Suites Main station (you'd want to use exit Y21) and we both agreed Beimen was better. A room with no windows was quieter as a room with windows had noises travel in from outside. It was very clean and very comfortable, and looked beautiful too. The bathroom was clean with no weird smells. Shower pressure was great too. The staff brought out a scale to weigh luggages when we were checking out, so we were able to adjust things before going to the airport. All in all, I'll definitely visit again! I've stayed in a few places in Taipei and this is one of my favourites so far for it's value.

The only issue is noises travel through the door, and the sound of water pipes could be heard through the walls when other visitors were showering etc... I used earplugs tho and didn't have any issues with this.
