Just next to Taipei station, exit M3, very convenient.

Aircon is not temperature adjustable. It still very cold even we set at Low. Hotel room sound insulation not very good, everybody walking by we can hear very clearly, you need earplugs to sleep.

Excellent location, next to one of exit/entrance of Taipei Main Station. There are shops at the underground, the underground links to different exits, sheltered from sun and rain. Easily get food outside the train station too.

Location! Right next to Taipei Main Station. Family Mart and 7-11 nearby. Places to eat within walking distance. Staff are generally polite and courteous.

Coffee at breakfast was not up to expectations. Long queues at times for coffee. Egg station chef just dispenses sunny-side up eggs and these get cold very quickly. I don't like the idea of having to sit at those big round tables and sharing with a family. There should be more space for people dining alone or in pairs. Basically, the breakfast dining room is too small and crowded and one has to be very careful not to spill food onto other guests while carrying one's food to the table.

The accommodation is located right next to Taipei Main Station which allowed for easy access to transportation. The central hub is connected to local and express trains, high speed rail trains, the subway, and underground malls. The room itself is spacious enough for families carrying luggage. There are some useful items such as hairdryers, clothes fresheners, and kettles. Air conditioning and light could be controlled from a wall panel. There was a television to watch local channels. Wifi is provided and very fast. A smart speaker was available on a night stand though we did not use it. Toilet had a bidet function. The hotel had 3 elevators, which was very helpful for entering and exiting the building. This makes a huge difference when you are carrying luggage with others.

I did not find any problems and was quite pleased. Pricing is fair but of course any traveler would want to save on accommodations.

The location was exceptional, the facilities were amazing and the room was comfortable but I also really liked the small touches such as the complimentary waters, complimentary bath bombs, complimentary coke and lemonade and coffees in the room. Bed was comfy and room very clean. Location fantastic- there is a direct entry to the red and blue mrt lines which was so convenient for sightseeing.

One very very very minor thing - in the room there was a coffee pod machine, only it had a three prong electrical cord and the socket in the stand where it sat was only two prong so every time I wanted to use it I had to move the coffee machine to the desk.

A shout out to people of Taiwan, friendly and kindest! They made our first visit a memorable one. There was this lady at an organic shop beside the 7-11, opp the Houshanpi stn. She showed us how to get to a shop that sells fermented tofu, a neighbour asked us to find for her. Then when we reached the Zhongxiao Fuxing mrt, the guard there gave us an accurate instruction that helped us to find the place without problem. Many more instances when we travelled to the old streets and night streets, the people we met left an impression that Taiwan is prosperous with her people. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping team👍🏼who checked on us if we need any help daily. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The location is perfect if you come from the airport by Metro. Door M3 is just 2 doors away from the hotel, so you can walk through the Metro station to get to the hotel. And the location makes sight seeing very easy with the Metro so close. The breakfast was pretty good with lots of selection. The only thing I would improve is to have more fruit. Taiwan has an abundance of fruit, but the hotel buffet was lacking.

the beds were a bit hard (not terrible, but harder than I would have liked), other than that, the room was very comfortable. The first room they gave us had a toilet that was making a lot of noise - to the point that there was no way we'd be able to sleep. At first they didn't want to move us, but we pushed it. Then they wanted to move us to a room with no windows, which would have been totally unacceptable and I put my foot down. They did find us an acceptable room - right next door to our original room. I don't know why they couldn't have done that in the first place.

Location was good! If you take the train from the airport, just stop to Taipei Main station and exit M3 or M7 and then, you're there! Housekeeping was good. They change everything everyday. Refill the water bottles and the toilet were always clean. I love the A.I. speaker behind the bed that you can play music with. Beds and pillows were comfy. The cafe in the lobby was also nice. Great coffees you must try!

No hygiene kit at the bathroom. It is available upon request. They should have it ready in the bathroom so you don't have to request it in the middle of the night.

When we arrived at the hotel it was very busy with numerous guests being checked in, but it didn’t feel crowded because the lobby was spacious. The receptionist that greeted us was friendly, understood English and welcomed us with drinks from the café. The elevator was fast, quiet, and there was a beautifully decorated elevator lobby on our floor. The breakfast buffet was Asian and Western cuisine set up at various food stations (salad, fresh fruit and bread, hot dishes, congee, Taiwanese noodles and drinks). Also, if you like meeting new people, you have the option to share a table at breakfast. The room was quiet, clean and had a bidet. The location of the hotel was close to restaurants and the hotel had its own restaurant, coffee shop and bakery. We found the hotel very easily by taking the M3 exit from the Taipei Main Station. I chose this hotel because I wanted to end our trip to Taiwan on a positive note and treat ourselves to a plusher stay. I would stay here again.

We found the bathroom a little small (crowded). It was nice having the fancy toilet with bidet, but its location prevented us from accessing the front of the sink. We ended up standing to the left of the sink to access the faucet. This might only apply to room 605.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the reception and foyer were stunning. The staff were fantastic, the Taiwanese people are so polite, they're a very proud, very clean nation and that's commendable. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom was lovely, the hot water was hot but not overly. The restaurants were good but the food (this is the same in every Asian country I've visited) is never hot enough to be served by Australian standards, especially breakfasts. Quality, quantity and taste were all fine but somewhat cold. Apart from that I recommend the Cosmos Hotel in Taipei as the place to stay when holidaying in Taiwan. You won't be disappointed.
