The credit card company anti-fraud team was trying to protect me but somehow they have rejected me from booking this hotel and then the manager of this hotel has proactive to clear up all the rejected charge and to provide me the accuracy one and also help in resolving the issue in observing the last room for me even all of my charged card got bounced off. I got pretty good impression of their good job done snd ensure me to get the protection from all if aspect. It is a great hotel and I am for sure is going to stay in this hotel whenever I got the chance to fly back to Taiwan.

Modern design hotel, located right beside a peaceful hilly park. Beautiful water garden at ground level lobby. Room with excellent hillside view. Beautiful bathroom. Conveniently located right beside the bus stop about 50m away. Adequate breakfast.

Arrived at 1pm from Taipei. Being the only arrivals for the next few hours, we tried to ask for an earlier check-in, but was told to wait. The waiting area had no sofa, only upright dining chairs. Was sleepless and tired from night before and wanting to take a nap, but we couldn't check-in until exactly at 4pm, when a queue line already started to form at the counter causing further delays. There has got to be a better way for checking in, like most other hotels are able to do.

Location was okay as there is one 7-11, breakfast shops but no restaurant nearby. the room is better than I expected and breakfast also good value for the price we paid. We will surely return soon.

wish there are some food vendors nearby. or room service? but again we are locals and we brought some food before we arrived at hotel and uber eats are within a phone call away.

Large rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, separate shower stall from toilet. Breakfast is adequate, hotel walking distance to restaurants, waterfront and Tamsui old street. 7-11 across the street. Staff friendly. CP value is high.

Nothing important. Minor things: I would have liked two pillows and more variety in the breakfast. We stayed three days and the breakfast was the same every day.

The scenery looking out from the window was the most impressive. We fortunately had a room facing the river. We never felt tired looking at the estuary. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard.

The passage to the parking basement was narrow. The parking spaces were limited.

Staff were friendly. Location as good. Just 5 to 8 minutes walk to Tamsui MRT.

Limited items for break fast. Expect they keep one Digital Weghing m/c. Very much Usefull for Air travellers to weigh there baggages. They have one old Analog needle based weighing m/c which is almost 5Kg error.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and they answered everything we needed. Also, my partner is a vegetarian, and the staff tells him which dish is vegetarian every breakfast. The bonus part was they had the kitchen cook up small portions without meat.

The closet was small, suitable for one person, but we organized our stuff and clothes.

Coach park outside with coaches beeping as they reversed etc. Road isn't pleasant to get to the MRT wharf etc but that's why it's sicj good value for money.

Desk board staff is very good co-operated people . Break fast is so good

Room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a great view of the city and Tamsui River. It was a surprise that the breakfast buffet is included in the price which has a lot of varieties, really cheap for a nice hotel!
