Nice property with views of the river/estuary and new bridge. GREAT activities for kids and families, especially the pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a nice variety of choices.

The property shows some wear inside and out. The grounds could use landacaping. The closest convenience stores are a medium length walk. There is a Starbucks close by. MRT station is driving distance. Not much to do around the hotel.

The breakfast is good, the room is very good size. The bed is very comfortable.

I like the idea of no bottle water but please indicate it better about where the water dispenser is. I had to call the reception to know the water dispenser is next to the room 510. I stayed at the fifth floor and my room is far away from room 510! No indicate at all. Other than no clear sign for the water dispenser, I am happy about their no water bottle policy.

Nice location, spacious rooms, balcony, good breakfast, pool area.

The rooms and especially the carpets seemed a bit worn. The pool was good, but there are just a few things to note. They require swim caps (bring your own or buy one for 100 TW$) and they are closed from 12-14. Hotel would let guests stay in pool area for a few hours after check-out, but because of the lunch break, that is not really an option.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. The restaurant have nice food. Have to plan your budget as expenses may be on the higher side similar to Taipei city.

Went in the low season hence not much activities around.

The location was great with easy access to the bus and light rail which we took each day to go exploring. We would love to have visited Shalun Beach, but I couldn't get my question across to the Reception Staff about where are the places of interest to travel to. But it just showed me I should have done more research before hand.

We enjoyed it all.

Pleasant hotel on the harbour, within walking distance of Lovers Bridge. Good sized room with large beds and great bathroom. Breakfast was buffet, with a good choice of food types, western and Asian. Clean, plenty of space and pleasant staff. Close enough on bus to tamsui central, nearby to lots of cafes and restaurants. Roof top pool was great.

Could have done with some drawer space for clothes, but otherwise great.

Thou it's an old establishment, it is well maintained. Rooms r spacious & clean. Views r fantastic. Staffs r great! Nothing to complain.

Shuttle bus service schedules can be extended. Ended too early.

Amazing location and view and the room we had was very large and roomy with lots of amenities. The hotel has a lot of great things on-site but also loads of Fisheman's Wharf entertainment is nearby.
