-personal jacuzzi is AMAZING with the coolest features -so many pleasant surprises like snacks, sauna, etc. -the breakfast buffet every day is so impressive as well as the complementary coffee and hello -all sorts of toiletries provided and restocked every day -nice marble like floors -beautiful lighting and cool controls -super comfy and large spacious room -super comfy beds good for both people who love soft and hard beds and abundance of pillows -private elevator -loved the water tap feature with built in kettle especially for complementary cup noodles -friendly staff -close to MRT station

-carpet in elevator is comically dirty and stained -no cleaning under bed as it was very dusty -floors weren't super clean but passable. Slippers needed which are provided, luckily -only one key card per party and cumbersome key card system -Layout is like a maze -windows need screen to keep out bugs because need to air out thirdhand smoke -sound system is muffly

This is really a very nice place, clean and very large, huge bathroom, your own garage space and very nice breakfast. It is quite extraordinary and we really enjoyed our stay

Ok our check in was 8 pm which I thought was a mistake, we asked a Chinese friend who said it was likely a place that rented rooms hourly for lovers so we were a bit hesitant but this was not the case many families stay here and it's is really nice but I do think the late check-ins are a drawback to their business

Absolutely loved my stay, every member of staff was helpful and kind. The room was lovely with really lovely finishing touches. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi, spa and shower were lovely. The location was really convenient, one stop on MRT to Tamsui and easy to get on the MRT to Taipei

The only downside was getting my luggage to and from my room as I needed to use the stairs for a small part of the journey. I'm sure the staff would have assisted if I had asked.

BIG ROOM! comfortable, clean. big bed! location is just 5 mins walk to Hongshulin Station (17 stations from Taipei Main but just about 34mins ride). quiet location. breakfast is very good.

very late check-in 6pm.. no restaurants in the vicinity. you have to go to Tamsui center for resto (1 train ride).

Check-in time: Watch this. I did not notice the check-in time, which is at 6pm. Luckily they allowed us to keep our luggage there.

The location is pretty good. It's walking distance to the metro station. The price was very reasonable. The room was big with lots of privacy. Shower was powerful and there's a jet bathtub as well. The only downside is it's located on top of the hill. It's quite a battle going uphill with luggage.

Decor and furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast listed as till 10:30AM but in fact the food supply stops at 10AM.

the staff is very kind and friendly. the rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable, clean. and a very beautiful bathroom . I really like it and will definitely stay again another time 🥰🥰🥰

The unit is spacious, quiet and has a Jacuzzi and Sauna. The breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly.
