Superb experience! Brand new hotel, nice view from the room to the river, welcoming and friendly staff, outdoor swimming-pool, indoors hot spring and pool for kids, convenient changing room with lockers free of charge, amenities for kids, such as slippers, strawberry-flavored toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even lotion, hot spring bath also available in the room, delicious breakfast with many healthy options, and more. Really impressed! Worth the price! Highly recommend, especially for families with small kids!!!

Would be nice if the coffee shop downstairs would have more options for dinner besides breads, for example salads, sandwiches or any other light meal like Starbucks has. The Starbucks coffee that they sell is very good though!

We booked this hotel due to the closeness to the airport and the location near Tamsui. The location were just perfect for my needs. The hotel is brand new, great design, wonderful view to the river, great facilities such as Osen, pool and a childrens pool. We booked also the evening buffet, that were exceeded our expectations by far. There were all kind of fish, snails, mussels, lobsters, sushi,sashimins, all kind of meat and vegetables dishes, all kind side dishes, endless choices of cake, ice cream, drinks. It was a wonderful experience. The same were the breakfast.

It’s our second stay in that hotel. Love the access to the spa and clean environment. Breakfast is better in Four Points by Sheraton Bali compared to Four Points in Linkou. Feels like more options. Especially recommend for families with kids! Family rooms have bath tub, tooth brush/shampoo/shower gel as well as cute duck slippers for kids!

Too few TV channels, especially movie channels.

Cleaness and the view!

We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant at 3F. The selections of the meal were not a lot and it seems the staffs are not very experienced as the hotel is new? The plates and cutleries are not prepared well when we had a seat, etc…. Hope the quality of the service is improved when we visit the hotel next time.

The hot springs swimming pool and in-room tub are so nice it really relaxed you. And off course the dinner baffle and breakfast baffle are top off the whole stay. Just nice

We like the location as it can have a great view. However, it is too far from other places.
