The hotel offers free coffees (both in the lobby and in the room) along with free snacks if you are feeling a little peckish but don't wanna leave the building. The bed was large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was well-sized and included a tub and separate shower. The location was great - near the art expo area, Taipei Main station, and Taipei's "Japantown". Our room had a small private balcony but the view was ... underwhelming. The balcony I guess would be great for smokers though. Staff was helpful and tried their best to communicate with us in English and some Japanese.

First impressions were not too good. The carpet in the hallways and guest rooms is old and stained (probably from bleach cleanings). The hallways were also crazy cold - like 16 degrees Celsius ... for New Year's. In our room, the washlet at first would not work (staff came and fixed it quickly) and the door to the bathroom could not be locked. (I guess your intimacy level determines if this is a major issue or not. ☺️) Room was really small though despite being one of the "luxury" units.

I’m not sure about other rooms but the one with window facing the main street was quite loud from the cars passing by. It was disappointing because the room description said ‘soundproofing’.

Very pleasant stay in Taipei! Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and good value for money. Staff is friendly and willing to help as needed. The hotel offers all the basics such as convenient check in/check out processes, bathroom amenities, proper room cleaning on a daily basis. The complementary use of washing machines and tumble dryers is very convenient, and so is the free availability of coffee, water and snacks. I can definitely recommend this place!

Good location if you need to be next to the main Taipei train station, and close to many bus lines. Very helpful staff who could keep my luggage in storage for a week before check-in. Spacious bed and many usb and power plugs in the room. Bathtub in the room - not a given in Taipei.

Location is convenient transportation wise, but the hotel feels a bit isolated - need to walk 20 min for more restaurants and nightlife.

The room is very clean and modern-looking. I liked having access to coffee, snacks and water bottles in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good as well. It's not too far from the MRT. Although I listed some negatives, I would still choose this hotel again (just maybe in warmer weather).

Because I visited in February, it was cold and there was no heater in the room. I had to sleep in my heat tech. Also, for the first night, I could clearly hear other guests loudly talking at midnight. It made it hard to sleep that first night. Note: the Standard room has a window but it can't be opened so it feels a bit stuffy.

The location is the best in Taipei. You have all lines from the bus near to the hotel. The checkin was the fast ever. You can find a lot of restaurants nearby. Btw, we got a room with balcony, they are the best because they are not in front of the street. Very calm.

there was not any toiletries when we arrived to the room. there was a mosquito last night we stayed, I think it entered during the cleaning in the day.

The hotel room is sparkling clean and looks very new. The facilities within the rooms are comparable to Sheraton/Fullerton hotels (i.e. K Hotels have a newer TV which supports Youtube/netflix stream, while the other 2 have older TV). The rooms also come with ample power outlets where they are all equipped with universal adaptor.

The hotel is near to mrt stations but do expect 5-10mins of walk. The price i paid for was at the higher range, perhaps due to my date, i.e. 2023 countdown. Room's lightning could be improved further as it was rather yellowish and not bright enough to me.

Very nice location 10 min (on feet!) from Taipeh central station and from Shandao temple metro station and closed to many restaurants. Staff is very nice and solution oriented (the batteris of the safe was low, it was fixed very quickly). There is a good feeling in this hotel.

Nice location, walking distance to train station, plenty local restaurants around, facilities were designed to suit Japanese guests, good sized room and bathroom, will definitely stay again next time visit Taipei
