The hostel is one of the best and most comfortable that I have stayed throughout my 13-day trip in Taiwan. Staff was friendly and it felt so homely in the hostel. It was also spacious with all the necessary supplies that would be useful for travellers. It is within walking distance to the Zhongshan shopping area and Ningxia night market.

For a first time traveler to Taipei, the walk to this hostel from Taipei Main Station could be a distance away. However, once you get orientated with the location and bearing (and knowing the short cut), the walk is not far. The hostel is also near to the Zhongshan MRT.

Got free coffee, tea , hot and cold water! Good amentities! Got a big relaxing lobby area for morning coffee and to chill! Place well kept! The room and bed were clean! Feel comfortable! Beside the bed got socket for charging and a small light! The toilets were kept clean!

Dont provide towel! Got to pay 40NT for washing or drying the clothes at level5!

Beautiful, quiet place. Perfect if you have online activities (like classes, work) to do. I had a great time and the staff was so kind and assisting. The cleaning was okay, the beds were comfy and private. They have a make-up room to use which was great. For female solo travel, I will definitely recommend it.

A bit of a distance from Taipei's main station but there are bus stations around (Just three stops only) but you can walk there. Quite safe!

Good location, walking distance to/from main station and lots of restaurants around. One of the more comfortable hostel beds in Taiwan. Enjoyed the privacy curtain & good sized locker. Very clean & tidy bathrooms and common area was a great size. Love that the bedroom lights turn out automatically at 11pm.

Would have been even better if they had offered breakfast, however with many restaurants nearby they really don't need to. I recommend Lucy's for breakfast just a 5 min walk away.

The room was nice and clean. It was just the right size for one person. The decor was simple and tasteful. The bathroom was nice. The shower pressure and water temperature were good. After a long week of traveling, I took a couple naps and got a full night’s sleep and was very satisfied with the bed. The mattress was solid with just enough softness to be really comfortable. Good blanket thickness. The common area was clean and pleasant. Good security; the room key was necessary to enter and exit the hostel and the room. Excellent location with lots of nearby food and shopping as well as two MRT stations within walking distance.

There was no hand soap provided either in liquid or solid form for the bathroom. The walls were thin; I could hear the traffic outside and the noise in the dorm bathrooms. I got to listen to a (short) concert of someone singing in the shower down the hall. The light or something in the room has a steady low hum, but I got used to it and was fine. The front desk was not staffed outside of check-in hours (3pm-10pm).

The staff was incredibly kind. They even asked if I wanted to switch to a lower bunk bed when one became available without me prompting the question. The bed was great, and I greatly appreciated the larger lockers in the room. Not a ton of room for luggage, but manageable. The communal/shared space was nice. I would prefer staying a bit closer to the main train station, otherwise I'd be happy to come back.

It's surface clean, but could use a good in depth cleaning, both around the beds (the bedding itself was clean) and the toilets. It wasn't horrible at all, it could just use that little extra level of care when it came to cleaning. You'll want to be comfortable either walking quite a bit or use the busses as it's a bit away from the main train station, but easy enough to get around with an easycard and google maps.

The equipments and facilities like toilet or conditioner in wash/toilet room is not good. The toilet space is tiny, and smells bad. when I use hair dryer, I feel so stuffy. except that above, it a great place to stay.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. I particularly liked the ample storage space in the showers and the lockers in the shared rooms. The location of the hostel was also great, with many restaurants and bars nearby.

Wifi was very slow in the room (I stayed on the 2nd floor). Instagram posts would many, many seconds to load (modern day problems right). Google searches sometimes also would not go through.

Location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the communal areas, very comfortable and clean. Enough showers and bathrooms, also very clean. Laundromat available. Hot and cold drinking water dispenser. Umbrellas to borrow. Hair blow dryer in the bathroom.

The dorm room was not clean, but after I spoke to the staff they immediately cleaned it. So it was just only a problem on the first day.

- The paint needs to be refreshed - The small trash can in the girls' bathroom is rusty/dirty at the top - Encrusted dirt that would benefit from being scrubbed - I wish I had slippers :( - Dust and grime - Impossible to turn off the light before 11 p.m. - I wish the girl at the reception had some help because she had to welcome guests and clean their room by herself.
