Excellent service pre-stay and during our stay. The refreshments and snacks at the reception area were welcoming. The staff at the reception and for room service were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the recommendations, for storing our luggage after we checked out and the warm send-off when we returned to pick up our luggage. The location of the hotel is near 2 train stations on 2 different lines, making it easy for us to take the MRT to many places. There are many good eating places and convenience stores around the hotel. There is also a Catholic Church around the corner on the main road.

It would be good to have more hooks or railings to hang our towels and clothes in the bathroom as there were 3 of us occupying the room.

Very friendly staff, small but cozy room, great value. The location is in the middle of the Linsen bar area. So if you like drinking (or watching Japanese business men getting drunk), this is a good place to stay. But it's also easy to ignore the busy streets. I didn't hear any noise (except the AC) in my room. You are surrounded by Japanese restaurants and Zhongshan station with malls, cafes etc. is just a 10 mins walk.

It will take about 10-15 mins to get to the nearest MRT stations. The AC is pretty loud (I use ear plugs for sleeping though, so I wasn't really bothered). Room is pretty compact so not much space for luggage. No laundry service.

The staff were amazing, all the guys we met at the reception they were friendly and can speak English. The room was good size, very clean and comfortable bed. Natural sun light daily to the room, and good atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights and services and cleaning, new towels was provided daily. I saw the lady attending the rooms for cleaning and she done amazing job. It's 3 stars hotel, but our experience were 5 stars. I did not expect to get this kind of amazing service for this cheap price. The rooms are same as advertised and photos online.

Very close to main station and many good restaurants. Safe area. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was extremely quiet- could not hear traffic outside or other guests. Beds large and firm and very comfortable. Very clean bathroom & shower. No offensive smells. Air conditioning worked well, and also dehumidifier.

With 3 adults, we could have used a little bit more room for our suitcases, but I cannot complain. Please provide a foldable luggage rack.

The staff were very helpful and housekeeping was available every 2 days but more often if you wanted it. Water in the room and tea and coffee bags. In reception there were free snacks a cold and hot water machine and coffee and tea making facilities. Wilson & Brian the 2 receptionists were lovely & helpful. It was very central with local food outlets nearby. Air conditioning was good

The room had mould spots on the walls - humidity is a problem but the room was clean. Dehumidifier was available to help

Really friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Good bathroom with reliable shower temperature and water pressure. Lots of nightlife nearby, which is cool if you enjoy that and still not disruptive if you don't. Multiple convenience stores nearby, some good breakfast places a short walk away.

A 10-15min walk to the nearest metro stations (Zhongshan on the green line, Shandao Temple on the blue line), and a bit longer to Taipei Main Station.

Superkind and helpful guys at the reception. Comfortable bed, great linens. Good location. The neighbouring alleys are packed with great restaurants. Huashan 1914 Creative Park is within wlaking distance.

Business room was much smaller then expected, okay for one person, but cannot imagine how two guests can open their suitcase. Some outside AC units/fans make some noise, but earplugs can completly cancel out, so I had still good sleep.

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfy, shower water was hot and strong. It's located at a quiet laneway, the area was clean and tidy, we felt very safe.

Sound proof needs improvement, we could hear people talking from the adjoining room. Fortunately it's in the morning and they were not too loud. It's located between 3 metro stations and each one will take approx. 15 mins walk. It doesn't bother us as Uber/Taxi was very cheap to get around.

The staff were incredible. We were greeted and checked in by two men at reception. They were so friendly and attentive. They showed us where things were around us and made us feel welcome. The bedding was clean, there was always hot water and it was very quiet at night time. There are many convenience stores around as well as coffee shops and restaurants. My boyfriend accidentally dropped his bank card outside and one of the staff members brought it to our room when they found it. The staff are very trustworthy and helpful!

The carpet didn’t look very clean (stained), however this is a concern at any hotel with carpets. - everything else was spotless!

Great location, very accessible with amazing atmosphere, great staff and with excellent service. We had a lovely and great first impression of the hotel, it was tidy, with good room vibe design, spacious too! Well, I can say everything about the hotel was exceptional! Great value for the money, they even upgraded our room for free of charge. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. They also offer guests with unlimited tea, coffee and snacks! We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you!
