The room is very well equipped with even a wireless phone charger and a sound bar connected to a TV with some ready-to-watch movies. The room is clean and spacious. The toilet has a bidet that warms the seat. The staff is extremely helpful. They always respond very quickly whenever we need anything. I asked the front desk about a travel destination and she immediately called the place to help me check. Felt very taken care of while staying here. The hotel is between Taipei main station and Zhongshan station with quite some good food and cafe options nearby. 10-15 mins nice walk to either station.

The pillow was a bit too high for me, but it was just personal preference and I did not request a change anyway. It’d be great if they provided more hangers in the room.

- very new and modern hotel (as seen on the pictures) - very clean and provides all amenities you could need - excellent location near MRT and bus stations making it easy to get around Taipei or on trips outside the city + several convenience stores, breakfast places, restaurants and bars right next to the hotel - very friendly and attentive staff - quiet room and AC (we were in room 9005 on the upper floors and could not hear noice from the street or neighbours, even though the hotel is in a very lively neighbourhood)

- windows can’t be opened in this room category, which was no issue for us personally since the AC was running smoothly, but if you are sensitive about that maybe consider a room with a balcony (which faces towards the inside of the hotel and can be viewed from the hallway) - carpet in the rooms could be an issue for people which allergies (I personally had no troubles and I am a highly allergic person) - pillows were a bit hard and the blanket was a bit to thick causing us to sweat even though the AC was running

The location is superb. Easy access to Taipei station, Zhongshan MRT or shandaoshi MRT. I had very good sleep during my stay for 7 nights. Room is quiet though the room window is facing street. Thee are numerous of 7-11 and family mart, 2 if it are just right opposite the hotel entrance and also a local supermarket which doesn't accept overseas credit cards. Talk about food, there are many choices to spoil you within walking distance, for eg. Local breakfast shop, cafe, hong kong dim sum, Japanese food and local restaurants including the famous TWD100 cooking.

They should change the towels, it looks been used for many years.

The interior design is pleasant. Most of the lighting was good, especially for the bed area. Complimentary water, instant coffee and some room in the fridge. Separate shower head nozzle and toilet bidet (with heated seat & dryer) kept us clean. The bed blanket is very warm. Front desk staff is quick and friendly. Not much outside noise - if any, very rare and slight outside noise. Location is very good: many places for coffee, food, shopping, parks and public transportation. I will consider coming back to this hotel in the center of Taipei.

Hotel WiFi connection disconnected often, but mobile phone service with roaming coverage is stable. Privacy covering drape doesn't cover the entire bathroom window — about 1 cm open to the wall. Need more lighting for the mirror/vanity part of the bathroom, maybe too dim for face shaving or makeup.

The hotel and the rooms were clean, toilets had a bidet, there were various restaurants within 5 min walking distance from the hotel, a 7 Eleven and Family Mart right outside. Also many massage parlours nearby - great after a day out exploring.

Whilst the location was great with lots of amenities around, it is a bit of a walk to the nearest station (Zhongshan or Taipei main station) and not easy to navigate when you have luggage, so I suggest you grab a taxi/Uber for the initial/last trip between the hotel and the station. The tumble dryer did not work properly and our clothes were still wet after a few hours.

The complimentary breakfast is simple yet delicious, especially the bread with toaster available to make sure they are hot when serve. The sound proofing of room is fantastic. The complementary washing and drying facility is welcoming. Overall a good stay.

it's small and compact but very well layout with thoughtfulness everywhere in the room. I like the fact that TV remote can almost control everything including all the lights. the shower and water pressure / water temperature control is one of the best I've ever had in hotels, honestly it's even better than some 6 stars luxurious big names hotels out there. very nice bed too.

it's not adjacent to any metro station (but close enough to me, a 5-10 min walk). The hotel is surrounded by residential and commercial buildings which not only there won't be any view from the window in my room, it's actually like being watched by neighbours. I myself am very all right with it as I live in Hong Kong. But I guess this might bother a lot of international travellers.

A bit too far from Taipei Main Station to go on foot. Better choose Zhongshan MRT station to go to the train station. We stayed in a quiet and very neat room. Water and tea available in the room. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath. Good breakfast with many Asian hot dishes. But also different types of bread (with jam and butter). Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They will help you decide which MRT you should take to the places you want to visit. Maps are also available at the reception.

Nothing the hotel could do about it. But the weather in November 2024 was often too wet, making Taipei look quite grey.

Hotel was reasonably hard to find, had to ask around for directions. Pleasantly surprised the superior double room was equipped with a jacuzzi that had nanogel technology! It helped soothed my muscles throughout my stay. Lots of food options & convenient shops near the hotel. Had to leave early for a trip one morning, and staff helped to arrange a doggie bag breakfast of rice burger & a hot latte in advance. Thanks!

The equipment in the room was nice : bed was comfy, the bathtub with the jacuzzi function and the japanese toilet were nice. The sound insulation was the best we encountered in Taiwan. We were able to leave our luggage one week before the beginning of our stay. Staff at the reception were helpful.

The light switches emitted a blue light which was pretty noticeable in the dark. There was also a led strip under one of the bedside tables that we could not turn off. The hotel has a free laundry room, however the dryers were malfunctionning.
