Easy to access, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great

Breakfast ran out and it took a long time to refill.

The location is great, only one block from a major subway station and an easy walk to lots of shops, restaurants, parks, and a night market. The breakfast had lots of food choices, and it varied on a seven-day rotation, so if you stayed for a week, you got some different things each day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC and shower worked well. We really appreciated having access to a water dispenser (in the 8th floor breakfast room/lounge) so we could refill our reusable bottles and didn't have to use a lot of plastic. It was also great to have free clothes washers and dryers, with free detergent, available to guests. Our room on the 7th floor swayed a lot during the big April 3 earthquake and aftershocks, but everything seemed undamaged, so that's a plus!

Our suite was smaller than expected, and the couch and chair smelled musty. The TV in the living room and the TV in the bedroom are so close together that when you use the remote for one TV, it turns on the other one. Very annoying! The clothes dryers take many hours to get anything dry.

They had free self-service laundry and a nice simple snack and coffee bar for all guests. The location was perfect (even local friends were praised its location) staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Its unassuming exterior should not phase anyone. We were all pleasantly surprised by what the hotel had to offer. Don't just stay in the usual Ximending where all other tourists choose; Zhongshan's equally great if not better.

Not a big thing but the electricity for each room doesn't turn off automatically. Guests should be educated on that before they move in to help save electricity when they are out and about.

First of all the front desk always helpful, special thanks to Sara and Rita for their good recommendation for thing to see and eat. I had some problem with the plumbing (smell) in my room, that got taken care off straight away. Breakfast was good with a variety of Asian and Western food. You have coffee and tea all day and there is use of a free washing machine and dryer, you can't ask for more. Next door is a familymart, like a 7- eleven and that is very handy

Because of its location close to public transportation, this hotel is the best choice if you want to spend the weekend relaxing and comfortable either alone or with loved ones. The room is so spacious with complete hotel facilities. In addition, the most special part is that we will be greeted and given good and friendly service by the hotel staff. Then, the thing that shouldn't be missed is the breakfast menu here is very suitable for me and of course the food is so delicious. There is a choice of food menus that are friendly for Muslim guests too.

The response from the hotel is fast. The staff at the reception and cafeteria are very friendly and courteous. The house keeping staff did a good job. Check in and check out is swift. The hotel is located in a quiet lane just 1 minute walk from the busy street. There is a family mart just beside. The breakfast is considered good for me. Self service free laundry and hot beverages with snacks at level 8 of hotel. Just a few minutes walk to MTR Zhongshan.

First, it’s just a 5-10 min walk on foot from Songzhan station if you exit at #4, because this exit has escalator and elevator that is very convenient for the tourist/s with luggages. This hotel is nearby Taipei Main Station. It’s also accessible to a convenience store, malls, grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food stalls.

The room smell was kind of like rustic, so they have to put some room freshener to make the smell better.

Too much for short description...

Too few, poor and small inscriptions in English on the goods, signs and pointers everywhere in Taiwan. For example, there were no understandable inscriptions on the buttons of air condition and the toilet - everywhere, not only in K-Hotel. I saw many tourists every evening looking for some supper and came to some restaurant by the only reason - the menu in-english, not quality of the food... So it's harmful for the business.

Place was conveniently located, near transportation, convenient stores, and shops. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was great and room was clean.

My bathroom sink was clogged most days except on the 1st day. I ended up brushing my teeth in the tub. The comforter blankets were a little too warm for the room - a slightly thinner blanket would’ve been perfect.

K Hotel never fails to impress me. This was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast buffet is always good with quality food. Free laundry. Location is super nice. 5-minute walk to Zhongshan station, Mitsukoshi malls, Poya, Daiso, Watson etc. Not to mention Mala Hotpot is right across the street. So many eatery nearby. Complimentary snacks, coffee is available 24/7.
