Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Washer available for hotel guest to use to wash their dirty clothes. Location wise is quite near the Zhongshan metro station around 7-8 mins walk. Area nearby have tons of eateries and cafe. Of course the shopping area at Zhongshan area.

Prefer the hotel to separate body wash and shampoo instead of using all in one kind of wash. I still prefer hand wash lotion to using those soap bar. 😆

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed and gave advice when I didn't understand or didn't know something. The stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. Room cleaning was regular and thorough. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. There are several bus stops in the vicinity of the hotel. There are also several night markets within walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I also recommend the hotel to foreign travelers, you can communicate in English without any problems.

How clean and modern the rooms were. Wifi was fast, staff friendly, nice neighborhood. The neighborhood was located in a location with several streets with Japanese eateries. I would consider this the "little bit Japan" part of Taipei. Staff was helpful.

Rooms were a little tight, no real space to open luggage or put clothing away. Expect some tight corners. Our room had no views, as it was located in a small, but safe/clean street.

I love the cleanliness of the property! The toilet is really clean and new, the lobby has a really comfy and spacious lounge area to rest in. The receptionists was great and friendly, allowing us to store our luggage in the hotel after check-out, making our overall stay perfect! There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping district around the area. I love the bus stops around the property, making it convenient to visit different places in Taipei. Highly recommend this property!

The property is a little far from the nearest train station - Zhongshan station, about 10mins walk. Not very convenient if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

The overall feelings. We escaped from a terrified stay and found this hotel in a blessing . During check-in, it was very pleasant, with two warm-hearted ladies and their excellent services. It's not a super fancy hotel, but enough for u to stay in comfort.

Breakfast was actually a voucher to be used in a burger joint couple of blocks away (sad looking plastick wrapped sandwiches and no coffee), or another seafoof (?) restaurant which we couldn’t locate.

Value for money hotel at a good location in Taipei! Very walkable distance to the nearest metro station, and lots of food options downstairs too. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Building is just a littleeee old with some stains on the walls, but overall still very clean.

Exceptionally clean. Lots of food and nightlife nearby but totally quiet in the room.
