Enjoyable stay. Was here many years ago and glad they have made improvements and maintained facilities well. Suitable for business short-term stays, basic cooking and washing machine is available in-room. Ask for a high-storey room and the view will be a little bit better.

The water coming from the tub will be greatly affected if you are using water simultaneously, whether at the shower or just flushing the toilet. This will result in a smaller flow where the water goes not into the tub but outside of it and may flood the floor.

Centrally located, 5 min walk from the metro. Clean accommodation. King size bed in bedroom. Huge bathroom! Well appointed kitchenette. Tons of food options nearby. Supermarket is nearby as well. The living room is large enough for a single bed to be placed there, which the management is happy to provide for a small additional fee.

My first impression on arrival, was greeted by 2 ladies with a very warm welcome and I knew by the atmosphere that my stay was going to be awesome. After a very long flight it is always to be met by a warm smile and a big welcome. The room was beautiful presented , had a king size bed, huge bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and blackout curtains to help with sleep. Late in the afternoon approx 5-7 everyday they had happy hour in the lounge drinks and nibbles, this just another lovely gesture. The staff were so accommodating it a question was always answered and great advice was given. What more would you want? It was all supplied. Excellent location and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Fantastic central location. We loved the luxurious feel to the room, and the auto toilet was exciting to use. We stayed with our 2 kids and paid extra for a trundle bed. There was plenty room for it in the lounge area. The afternoon tea available from the ground floor lounge area was a lovely unexpected touch, offering cold/hot drinks and biscuits.

The floor tiles were a bit cold. A rug or carpet would be good. Also the sensor light at the entry always came on when walking into the kitchen area. Finally, the illuminated emergency exit sign at the door was very bright, and shone on my daughter sleeping on the trundle bed in the lounge area. We had to put the pram near her to create a shadow so it was dark enough for her to sleep.

Location was great, walkable distance to MRT and lots of restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. We also got food delivery multiple times and it was a seamless process. Room was clean and staff responded to my requests promptly and courteously. Bathroom was huge and comfortable. We requested a baby bathtub which was really handy.

The washer/dryer is fairly loud and to dry the clothes on its own without washing - was a pain to use and did not dry my clothes well. The shower/bath water temperature was hard to adjust, sometimes would only have cold water for minutes before hot water comes back in - not ideal when showering a kid during winter. Also with a light sleeper baby, we like how the kitchen/living room is separated by a door to the bedroom which meant we could do chores without making too much noise. We stayed on level 5 and we could hear the noise of cars and motorbikes going on at night.

Perfect location for restaurants, sightseeing. A whole lot of lanes behind the hotel similar to Tokyo thus it was named little Japan full of restaurants, bars, hole in the wall places to eat, just amazing. There is a bakery adjacent to the hotel, a 7/11 and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Bedding is super comfortable and daily room clean makes it a real luxury holiday. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend for short or long stay.

We spent 5 nights in this modern, comfortable property. Everything was great…our King Suite was large having a lounge area, separate bedroom, massive closets, many drawers, everything from an espresso maker to a microwave and best of all…very good air conditioning. There is a bar on the roof that was pleasant in the evenings. The unit had a washer which we much appreciated. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The rooms were as described on the website; our rooms did come with a combo washer/dryer. Towels were provided. Soap/shampoo was provided. Ample storage space throughout the room. Mid-size fridge was convenient. Water was provided daily. There were afternoon "lounge" snacks in the lobby daily. Housekeeping is daily!! Excellent service from everyone at the front desk - every question was answered promptly.

Towels were quite thin and rough, and they only provide two per room. These are replenished daily, but it was a hassle to have to wait for housekeeping to come to switch out the towels. Bathroom size is wonderful, but the shower area could use some touch ups (signs of mildew). The AC controls were kind of weird. Even though one of the ladies working in reception came to my room to explain it, the system did not quite work as expected. The AC was cold - the issue was that the "independent" controls between the two rooms didn't really operate quite that independently.

Great sized room. The washer/dryer and the daily addition of laundry detergent. The serving of breakfast to the room each morning. The car park is super handy The location is great. Minutes from the nearest subway line, and it's a transfer station. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants too Staff are friendly and very helpful too.
