The room was location on the top floor of the building and was truly one of a highlight of my trip! The balcony offered an absolutely breathtaking view of Taipei 101, and I loved that the bathroom also boasted such a fantastic panorama. For me, a hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's part of the vacation experience, and this one certainly delivered. Breakfast if very good and free beverages from the lounge is a plus. The location was unbeatable, with countless restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. Being so close to Taipei Main Station made getting to all the tourist attractions incredibly easy. What really sealed the deal was the amazing staff; they were so helpful and even let me check in three hours early, which was a huge convenience. This hotel was definitely worth every penny!

They need to upgrade from regular flat screen TVs to Smart TVs.

I read some bad reviews about the smell noise and bad breakfast. Not find bad anything from above. Amazing shower ant Toto (automatic toilet) facilities. Super comfortable and big bed, high quality and really king size bedlinen. We live in Wonderful Studio. 4 free bottles of water and 3 cans of cola, sprite etc. every day. Nice balcony with wooden floor. Several Metro stations arround in 600 - 800 metres radius. After arriving to main station with airport express you can reach hotel by foot (15 minutes or 1.2 km), of course if you not have a lot of luggage. The price arroun 120 eur per night in central Taipei is very good in nowadays in our opinion.

Only one not superb thing it is size of the room. We expecting a little bit bigger. But anyway it is not small. Washing mashine with dryer function is plus. But as usually with multifunctional things, dryer in general only declared. Not expect to get dry closes after washing.

Overall, our stay at The Tango Hotel was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. We were delighted by the inclusion of the Japanese toilet seat, jacuzzi bathtub and a comprehensive set of toiletries that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a delicious selection of local dishes to start our mornings. The location was great too, only a short walk to the Zhongshan MRT station.

The only minor drawback we encountered was the tap in the bathroom, which was positioned a bit too high for the sink that resulted in water splashing when used. However, this did not affect our overall experience.

Located in the center of Taipei. Well-equipped with excellent electrical fittings and lighting.

The hotel has a fairly large parking area with a mechanical multi-level car storage system, which is already inconvenient for hotels. If you forget something in your car, you’ll have to wait a long time for your vehicle to be retrieved. You cannot enter the parking area before check-in — the attendant won’t allow it, even though there is space near the entrance. There is nowhere to leave the car temporarily during registration. The street alongside the hotel is extremely busy. The hotel is tall, but there is no view from the window.

Such a nice treat for our last night in Taipei. Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower, all the luxurious extras and amenities (i.e. coffee machine, music in the bathroom, screen to watch TV while having a bath! etc). Definitely worth spending the money to get a really comfortable last night's stay. Great area of the city too with lots of cool shops and restaurants.

Not a big deal, but we were told upon check-in that the mini bar was free, but it only had 3 small soft drinks in it. So probably not something to advertise, as normally mini bars have snacks, beer etc in them.

Honestly, the best hotel I ever stayed. The location, the room - the bed big and comfortable pillows, no noise from other rooms, the bathroom- spacious with Japanese style toilet, Jacuzzi bath and spacious shower.

Only small minus points. The sink had very unfortunate design - water splashed around and the dryer was rather weak. The breakfast wasn’t very my style. I am very boring continental breakfast person lol here they served much more Asian options that I didn’t quite enjoyed for breakfast. However, is just personal preference.

+ location - 15 minutes by walk from Taipei main bus/rail/THSR/metro station + it was more over quiet from outside and inside + lunch style breakfast + staff & facilities + EU electricity socket on the desk + in general, everything - would book again

- TV had USB input but it wasn't accessible since TV was mounted to the wall. There was USB input on desk, but TV did not recognize the USB key - I wanted to play movies via TV, but couldn't due to this reason

Lot's of nice functionalities in the room; automated curtains, speakers in bathroom, bubble bath with mood lighting, toilet with automatic lid-closing and flushing, etc. Clean and fresh feeling and I liked the design of the room, although the dark-ish theme with futuristic blue lighting might not be the right mood for everyone. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we could store our luggage at the hotel after checkout.

The "fitness centre" is a 5-6 square meter room with nothing more than a treadmill, a spinning bike and some dumbbells. It lacked air condition, making it difficult to exercise properly.

Wonderful breakfast buffet. Primarily Chinese with some western items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good maid service. Lots of nice amenties (tootbrushed, razor, hairbrush, mouthwash, floss picks, etc.). Hot water pot and tea set with good tea. Refrigerator and microwave were appreciated. Nice towels & robes.

Duvet was too warm: Had to crank up the AC to sleep comfortably. We would have prefered sheets and a lighter blanket. 3 Tango Inns within spitting distance of each other and some confusion as to which one we had reserved, but that was resolved quickly.

Very comfortable rooms, with a luxurious bath (Jacuzzi tub with romantic lighting, in bathroom Audio-Visual system, and high-tech Japanese toilet). Clean and relatively spacious for a room in downtown Taipei. Fairly close to entertainment and activities (Shin Kong Mitsukoshi's main store is just around the corner.) Not too difficult to get to (a short walk from MRT; a shorter walk if one takes the bus). Room includes also Illy coffee machine (with complimentary pods) and some nice Taiwanese loose leaf tea.

The room appears equipped with a Blu-Ray player, but which doesn't seem to be operable. The subwoofer for the surround-sound system in the room has a blue indicator light that is very annoying when going to sleep, and doesn't seem to be able to be turned off.
